Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good value, convenient location, friendly staff I stayed at this property in November 2014. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff upon entering the hotel. I was given a welcome bag for IHC members. The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were immaculate. The TV received an excellent picture. The location is excellent and is less than a 15 minutes drive from downtown Baltimore. The only adverse comment I have is the bed was very soft, a bit too soft for my taste, so if you like a firm mattress it may not give you the support you need for a good night's sleep. Overall, I found the hotel to be pretty quiet. As a solo female traveler, I am always concerned about my safety and I felt very secure staying here. Check-out was quick and efficient. Because of the value, friendliness of staff and general overall immaculate appearance of the room, I would definitely stay here again. November 19, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and location is within approximately 10 minutes of the airport which makes it a convenient stop for an early flight. There aren't any nearby restaurants but the front desk staff were able to provide many delivery menus that did just fine. There is also a small commissary type area in the hotel where one can purchase drinks and light food. Room was well appointed but unfortunately there were some issues with the toilet which would not flush. When I called maintenance they quickly came out to fix the problem, but during the night the toilet would not flush again. There were also some issues with the air conditioning in the gym - it appeared to have been leaking all over the floor. November 18, 2014

Ipsofacto, I have stayed in hundreds of Hotels during the past few years. I have never felt at home like I did when I stayed in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and warm, always willing and available to help, greets you with a smile even when you pass through like 20 times in a day. I needed to do some paperwork, send faxes and make photocopies, the staff were there to help. I was able to check my e-mail and respond to some urgent ones at the biz center. The amenities are excellent from the Swimming pool to the gym, the laundry room and the Cupboard where you can buy basic amenities cheaply to make your stay a good one. The rooms are spacious and well lighted. The amenities inside the room are adequate and if makes you feel like you are at home. There is everything you need to live there comfortably. You can cook as much as you want in the comfort of your own room. I did not eat breakfast but I am sure they have a good one too. I will definitely be back in this hotel. Thanks to all of the staff. Don't need more than that. Shuttle to BWI airport right on time. Will always stay here as long as it stays within my budget . November 13, 2014
