The staff responded immediately to my problems and they were resolved. The beds were comfortable and I was able to sleep. The area was quiet and not a lot of noise during my stay. I would stay at this hotel again if I am in the Memphis area. December 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and friendly Staff I spent 5 weeks for work purposeat The Candlewood Suite and it was a pleasure to be welcomed with profesionalism, curtoisy and friendliness. Each and everyone at the hotel delivered their best. The room was comfortable and clean. i would suggest you improve the television package, the Internet and the hot water system. The water wasen't hot at all time of the day and the night and that was disappointing, especially coming home tired and cold! Otherwise, other little issues were resolved very quickly and that was very appreciated. Most of all, I felt really taken care of by the dedicated and friendly staff at the Memphis location.
