Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor experience Our group stayed there for one night. At least two of the "non-smoking" rooms reeked of smoke. I complained to the front desk and got a response of "The fire department was just here because something burned", didn't buy it as it was cigarette smoke. Hair dryer didn't work, several of the room keys didn't work and when they gave one new key it disabled the others. We will not be back. September 1, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Memphis I was disappointed with the quality of this hotel. It is not recommended for non-smokers. The quality of this property is along the lines of hotels chains of much lower quality, not what would be expected for a Candlewood. Wireless internet did not work and both computers in the business center were not working. The staff did try and assist, but they are limited by the overall quality of the property. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Too noisy for business traveler First, I issued a complaint to Front Desk regarding the loud clacking noise from the A/C unit. I was staying 2 nights. After the 1st night, no maintenance was performed. Returned the second night, same noise; only now i get to endure the noise from rowdy guest or visitors. Halls were filled with trash and clearly someone had been smoking through the corridors. August 29, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not very recommend this one The staff is basically friendly. But the room condition is not very good. They do have plenty of facilities and furniture. But the major problem I met is the smoking odor in Non-Smoking room. Besides that, the carpet is not very clean, and the bed is not very comfortable and only double size available. August 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Memphis was Marvelous We loved our stay here. We try to book our vacation locations around Candlewood hotels. We have always found them to be clean and hospitable wherever we stay and this was no exception. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room clean and I wish I could take one of the comforters home with me. The room had everything we could ask for and it was nice to come in to a wonderful room especially after travelling with two small children all day. Thanks again for making my vacation wonderful.
