Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Comfort -individual thermostat heating/cooling unit in room; worked exceptionally well (I like to sleep cool, then warm up room in morning) -most comfortable bed in Des Moines hotels I've stayed in -great tasting free coffee in pantry area -nice work out area -friendly attentive staff -restaurants within a block -fridge and micro in room If TV is your most important, they do not have a vast line up of channels and there is smoking on one floor in the hotel so request floor one or three unless you smoke then pick two.
