The amenities are of good quality. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the DesMoines area. I travel on business and will be a frequent customer of this hotel. May 16, 2013

The accomodations are very comfortable and always clean. The staff is not only friendly but go out of their way to make us feel truly "Welcome Home"! April 7, 2013

I spend 95% of my life staying in hotels and I have to say that the customer service and friendliness of the staff here excelled well beyond most hotels. The suites were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchens were stocked with all the basic things you need to cook a meal. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me print and fax a few documents I needed. This hotel location also has a great collection of free movie rentals which I enjoyed on my night off. I highly recommend this hotel. April 5, 2013

I was able to book a suite and have a few different customers meet me in my room. The suite is modern,clean,professional and yet very comfortable. The design is set up perfect.Couches,recliner and the table is large enough for full size blue prints with free internet. All my personals are in a different room,out of my customers site which in turn makes them comfortable to visit and go over plans. If you need anything at all the hotel staff will go out of their way to accommodate whatever your needs are. The staff is led by Bobbie. Andrew ,Matt And Brenda care about your needs just as Bobbie would,which is absolutely top notch! Highly recommended for business or pleasure! April 3, 2013
