Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An all around great hotel This was our second stay of at least one week at this hotel. We had only one problem on our second stay, and that was because our room was so far from the exercise room and indoor pool. When it was brought to the attention of the front desk after the first night, we were immediately moved to a room just down the hall from the exercise room and much closer to the pool and hot tub. It was perfect. We plan to stay at this hotel again as we have family living nearby. We highly recommend this hotel. 06 January 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recent Stay I have stayed at this location many times and always feel that it is clean and comfortable. I like the spacious rooms and the beds. I also like that the two bed rooms were always queen beds. It seemed that this last visit, the beds might have been double size and were not comfortable. I was quite disappointed by this as this is something that, as a tall person, I always try to find when looking for a place to stay. I hope that this was a random occurrence and that all the beds have not been switched out. I will be back and do recommend this location. It is always my go to place. 02 January 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, good breakfast Stayed for several days over the holidays. The first night a puppy in the room next door kept us awake. The next morning the staff moved us to an upgraded room. The breakfast offered was delicious. We tried to enjoy the pool and spa, but the pool was too cold and the spa too hot. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could Have Been Better Shower curtain was badly stained (disgusting). Water faucet leaked...I was told that "parts are on order." I was moved to another room but it was a pain because I had a lot of gifts and wrapping materials to move on top of my luggage. When calling the front desk, I was put on hold. The next thing I know, I'm connected to a person who was calling from the outside and had been put on hold (phone system incapable of handling call volume? I've stayed here before and the property has some good qualities but I'm not sure that the overall quality has not deteriorated over time. 29 December 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by could be better. Room was not clean. Hair in the tub. Half the shower curtain was missing - could not keep water from going onto floor. Front desk staff not friendly or accommodating. Not greeted as Platinum Elite member. Not impressed. Probably should find other lodging. 22 December 2013
