very bad internet conection, airconditioner leakage

non english speaking staff, internet conection was horrible, air conditioner was leaking a considerable amunt of water

great location, excellent breakfast

We were at the hotel as a large family group. The service was excellent although we had a language barrier. The staff were all extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The location is very convenient and travel around the city by taxi is very affordable. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. There was a terrific variety including fresh local items. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The only thing that we did not enjoy at this hotel was the pool( very small) and the fitness centre ( some machines not in order) but we did not need to spend too much time using these facilities as we were busy with other activities in the area.

Terrible bed, pillows and sheests; poor towels

The bed was a nightmare - I left one night before because of it!. The pillows, sheets and towels were terrible too. Not expected for a 4 star Crowne Plaza Hotel. also the furniture and decor are poor...
The good points is that the hotel is well located, the staff is friendily, the brakfast is ok.

Great Place

Well been there for seven days and Ican only say that , it was very good. I do have to say there was a staff called Mrcelo at the front desk, He was very good. Marcelo desrves a promotion. Kind, knollege and experience on dealling to the guest. He was like the manager. Great food, Great lounge and great location.
