Great Hotel, Great Location

This hotel is top-notch. The only issue I had, and it is a minor one, is that during my week-long stay, the maid service didn't replace any of the used toiletry items. Hotel receives high marks for comfort, hospitality, and location.

great shuttle driver

I came to Billings on business and was picked up on the Crowne Plaza shuttle, what an awesome driver! He provided the best customer service in the whole city! He told us where to eat, where to shop, how to get places etc. What a great guy! The hotel was nice too but customer service is really hard to find!

Improvement Suggestions

Needs recycle bins in the guest rooms. Microwaves in the rooms would also be nice. It was annoying to walk downstairs to microwave a cup of soup or reheat coffee in the morning.
