Spectacular hotel and staff, made this a wonderful night to finish off four weeks in a wonderful country.

the system made mistake , one booking comes with two confirmation number,the hotels gonna charge twice. i was noticed by the things above when i was checking in at 10 pm ,the staff in front desk and the duty manager comes with cold face,feel like u own them money. can u imaging when u tired and just want lay on the bed ,,what the hotel do ,is not let u get inside room,they did nothing but let you wait on the lobby for one hour to solve the problem. trusting me ,i have been Ambassador since 2007,it is the worst crowne plaza hotels i have been stay so far.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. The only complaint is the Wi-Fi internet which has always been a little suspect. Otherwise the hotel is worth staying in. The ambience is excellent with large area.

Rooms are old, service is bad, waiters rude, toilets in pathetic condition the management is ndifferent
Crown plaza s reputation is at stake. This is a 2 star hotel and service is zero stars

在加德满都国际性酒店非常稀缺的环境中，crowne plaza无疑是高档酒店了。酒店管理可以，员工热情友好。在一楼有家中餐厅，名叫Chinese garden 做得是中国餐，但由于都是尼泊尔人在烧柴与服务，自然菜的味道大打折扣，不过餐厅工作人员比较虚心，与客人不断征求意见。
地下一楼健身俱乐部，经营得比较好，除了酒店客人使用，还发展当地会员，所以很有人气。Spa按摩手法不错，受尼泊尔的风俗习惯，按摩必须男服务生给男客人按摩，女的给女的按摩。几位技师按摩手法都比较地道，给客人放松，消除疲劳，非常敬业。价位尚可，性价比好。
洲际酒店集团对白金会员的礼遇太低，需要提高质量。

在加德满都整个城市落后，脏乱下，Soaltee 已经算是一个世外桃源了。我是傍晚到了加德满都。一下机场就感到乱哄哄，还好我让酒店车子来接机。去酒店的一路上，市容就无法形容，整个加都脏乱不堪，人们无序开车，到处交通堵塞到处灰尘飘浮，人们只能带着口罩行走，这就是加德满都第一天印象，感觉比网上描述还差。入住了加德满都Crown plaza 才透了一口气。
酒店有一家中餐厅，但不是很专业，菜肴不算正宗。
酒店的园林绿化很不错，可惜酒店的泳池是世外，冬天来，就没办法享用了。
酒店的按摩不错，价格也合理。
洲际对白金会员待遇需有待提高

加德满都很拥挤，但是进到酒店后感觉比较安静。出租车进酒店大门时需要安检，可能是因为酒店内有赌场吧。酒店内有几个餐厅，提供中国菜，印度菜和意大利菜。早餐的菜品还算丰富，可是面包做得不是很好，特别是croissant. 房卡上夹着的小卡片上写游泳池是开放的，走遍全球的书上也写着酒店的泳池是加德满都唯一的室外恒温泳池，可是事实上泳池的水非常冰冷！我看到几个游客也是带上了装备打算游泳，可是因为池水太冷了又回去了！
我去的时候因为酒店正接待三个会议，并且也接待旅行团。所以有时候大堂的人非常多，不过前台办事效率还是挺高的。因为是老酒店了，房间设施不是很新，床也比较窄，床垫也不如国内的舒服建议多铺一层羽绒垫。不过房间还是挺宽敞的，窗外景色也不错。酒店内也有购物的商店，羊绒围巾的价格比较公道，质量也好。不像泰米尔区的开高价。另外酒店配的出租车价格公道，车况不错，赞一个。酒店离猴庙很近，如果想去猴庙看日出的话，这里应该是个不错的选择。
虽说酒店接待很多旅行团，可是对priority club会员的识别做得很好。让人感觉很贴心。
