The catering staff was excellent . Kevin and Kim put us put us right at ease. They became our new best friends. The set up went smoothly. Todd and Lewis were very helpful. Hat off to the chef the food was excellent. Hot and generous. The servers were great. Everybody raved about the day. Thanks Crowne Plaza for a great memory. Jeff and Judy

dated. time for an update.

First off, let me say the staff was very nice and helpful. That was about the only plus they had going. The rooms looked right out of the 70's with poor layout, cramped layout, and very dated colors. The bathroom door barely misses the toilet when opening fully, plus was loose on it's hinges. The ac/heating unit was very loud when turned on. Could hardly hear the tv at normal levels. The ceiling had multiple patches of spackle that were not finished or painted. No mini fridge in the room. Internet was spotty at best, kept dropping wifi signal. The bed was functional, but not very comfortable. Noise pollution was more than I had hoped, but it is located next to a major highway, so I'll call that one even. Prices at the rest/bar were a little higher than I expected, the food was fair to poor in quality, but again, the staff was very friendly. If I was in a pinch, I would probably stay here. But given the many choices in the area, i'll pick somewhere else.
