A Crowning Achievement

Another excellent stay in a beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. This is certainly the best place to stay when visiting Newcastle. If dining the aged T-bone steak is a must.

An enjoyable relaxed stay

Our overnight stay at the Crown Plaza made us wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the sights of Newcastle.
Complimentary biscuits with tea and coffee facilities would have completed the experience.

Atmosphere great

We enjoyed our stay but the Breakfast delivered to our room was a challenge. It really made us think next time no Breakfast. Sorry to say but you will need attention here.

Whilst the location of the hotel on the waterfront is great, the staff made all the difference to my stay. The customer service is excellent
