Relaxing weekend

Friendly, courteous, helpful staff, comfortable room. Liked the added touch of bowl of fresh crisp apples left by newspapers. Parked the car all w/end as close enough to walk to beach, shops and cafes. Will return.

Very helpful and obliging

I arrived Sunday afternoon and all those involved from parking the car to booking in were very helpful and certious, if I did have 1 issue it was the price of the food, although I was there on business and didn't have to pay I thought the meals were expensive.
Monday morning when I booked out at 4:30 the same service was applied. I have stayed there a few times before and have never been disappointed.

Fabulous Hotel

This is a fabulous hotel, the staff are gorgeous; warm, friendly and very caring. The hotel rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hotel is located on the Newcastle harbour, alive with the sounds of working ships, fishing boats and fun canoes. Shows off the brilliance of Newcastle.

Hotel Experience

The team were helpful and courteous.

The rooms need updating and are far from their 4.5 star rating. The walls are marked and so are the doors and paint scratched off.
The televisions in both the main room and the living room either did not work or you need to bump it to get it to show a clear screen.

I wouldn't recommend the hotel to friends if they were looking for a high rated hotel as it seems the hotel is due for an update.
