uncomfortable bed and dining experience

A very saggy bed which is not good for bad backs and elderly people.
the toilet in the bathroom is in the most inconvenient position in the middle of the vanity which you have to walk around to get to the basin.
One girl is a stand out in the dining room in the evening her name is Justine, she went out of her way to be extremely helpful, not just to us but we observed to everyone.

Two singles is not a king bed

The King suite has two singles strapped together? In my opinion this is not a king bed.
The jacuzzi was filthy and the bathroom was barely clean, windows were aliso .
One of the guest robes had a dirty tissue in the pocket! Which had not been laundered. Makes me wonder if the rest of the room had clean sheets and towels or just made to look ready.
Room appointments looked very low budget.
The surprise $28 parking on arrival and 1.5% credit card fee at the end was a cheap touch.
This hotel is 3 Star at best with a 5 star price.
This will probably not be posted on the website but hopefully management can take on the constructful criticism.
Only good things were the position, fast checkin and my car wasn't damaged)
I will be staying at the No vo tel next time.
