My Stay at this hotel

The front desk person was rude when I arrived. The room has a couple issues with the carpet and the curtains. Finally, the food on the breakfast buffet was cold.

comfortable bed but problems/nice breakfast

the registration line was very long.
the bathtub spout was very loose
the toilet would run randomly
no refrigerator but the space was there
top of coffee pot missing (burned finger trying to make coffee)

Needs Work

The hotel feels old and appears that it has been worked on for several years, there are several layers of paint on everything. It is definitely not up to my Crowne Plaza standards.
