Дорогой отель, но не стоит своих денег

Проживал сутки с поздним выездом на следующий день.
Оплату взяли как за 2-е суток. За это время ни разу не убрали номер.
Просьбу по глажке рубашки выполнили, после третьего нпоминания, оплату взяли как за срочное обслуживание, т.е. в 2-х кратном размере.
В номере очень душно, но если открыть окно шум мешает спать.

horrible service to guests

I asked for a couple of copies from reception of my visa and receptionist sent me to business centre where photocopier was in russian, went back and she accepted to do them in anger. Later when presenting copies i found she gave me copies of an expired visa!

Asked for a late check out which was denied as hotel was fully booked 9th April. Then i had to accept to pay half day and leave at 5pm after begging my heart out with a one year old child.

Coffee and hot choclate given into room complimentary is expierd by 6 months.

the cleaning of room is done in the afternoon when child is sleeping they came three times at 3 4 pm to knock on the door and waked up child. There supervisor opened our door of the room also waking up child.

A shame for Crowne that this hotel is part of their chain.

A dates on coffee and hot chocolate packings are the dates of manufacturing, information about shelf life of products is in Russian language, we agree, it could be misleading. Let me assure you, we follow up expiry dates carefully. To avoid unexpected disturbing of housekeeping service we offer our Guest push the button "Do not Disturb" or use "Do not Disturb" door hanger, to speed up the process of cleaning we advise using button "Make up my room" or same door hanger. Housekeeping department is always paying attention to Guests' requests. As you mentioned before the hotel was fully booked and housekeeping department was working according to the schedule. We did not want to cause you any inconveniences. Let us thank you one more time for all your comments, we appreciate your opinion as a frequent traveller.
