Super Friendly and Great Value

Great value and super friendly staff! My husband and I stayed here last week/mid week for a concert at the River Spirit Casino...it felt like we were the only ones in the entire hotel! Jerome (Stevie Wonder) was a wonderful driver taking us to our concert...the gal who served us as the bar (I hate that I cannot remember her name!) was really nice and funny while we waited. Overall I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Great job guys!

Clean rooms and friendly staff

I say here a couple of time a year. It is always clean with a well stocked bathroom. The breakfast buffet is good. Having a Starbucks on property saves me an extra stop each morning. My only wish would be for them to put a fridge in the rooms.
I like having a room that over looks the ORU Campus.

Unwillingness to provide customer service

I called to book a room for my wedding night, and gave confirmation to charge my card. I also inquired about rooms for my wedding so that out of town wedding guests could stay for the special rate that was given to me, but did not give my credit card for these rooms.
Side note: all other hotels that we contacted for Wedding Blocks mentioned that my card would not be charged for wedding blocks, and any unbooked rooms would go back into inventory about 2 weeks before the scheduled date.
I received an email confirmation that day for 1 room, and my card was charged for one room. At this point, I believe that I have done everything necessary for me, and any potential guests. To confirm, I did not receive any other correspondence, agreement, or paperwork that states I have paid for 9 other rooms.
We checked in for our 1 confirmed room the night of our wedding, and no mention was made about having 9 other rooms in my name. The next day, I was charged for 9 rooms.
I'm not sure why these 9 rooms were not charged after my stay, because the 1 room that I did authorize was charged the day that I booked it.
To this day, I still have not received a documentation that I authorized these rooms.
