Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by World Class Service & Propery Crown Plaza in Vilnius is a world class hotel. The staff is simply awesome: Polite, Knowledgeable, Accommodating, Extremely Polite and Professional. For business meetings, it has the ambience and matching service. Rooms have open space with in-room seating to entertain a guest with tea/coffee etc. informally. There's a nice park, small grocery store (Maxima) at walking distance. I have stayed in all known brand properties in Vilnius and Crown Plaza stands out! I was so impressed with my last stay that I am writing a personal letter to corporate to recognize employees by name who went above and beyond to exceed expectation. Total Value for money spent! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, quite convenient and very good service This hotel is in a quiet part of Vilnius but quite convenient for the city and to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. Regrettably I did not have time to enjoy the leisure centre so can not comment on this aspect. Certainly I would return as this Crowne Plaza provided great value. January 8, 2013
