The room cleanliness and breakfast were very good
I have reservations to the pool and fitness center, which was one dani zarzerwowane and closed the whole day. On the second day it was open only during hours 6 - 10 am. After 10 am. cost of using the pool was 15 EURO

We had an excellent stay for two nights at this hotel with my wife. We received spacious corner room easily heated up by air conditioner that was important in a cold season.
The location is not perfect, city center is not in a walking distance and no public transport nearby, but on the other hand there is no busy streets nearby that makes the stay less stressful and sleep deeper.
Although a little more light and some chill out music on background would make the atmosphere more inviting, the overall impression was very positive.
I would certainly recommend this hotel for people seeking for a high quality service.

Since during my last trip, I also stayed at Holiday Inn hotel, i can surely admit it that Holiday Inn had better rooms, services and location.

But the surprise was not good.
Each time I stay here, I have thoroughly ventilated room.
The main feature of this hotel is a good night rest.
And what rest will you have in an unventillated room?
I think that reception serrvice was not ready to my visit.
I am very disappointed, but still think it was single error and it will not repeat in future.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. Overall it's a decent property but it has a number of drawbacks which makes me wonder if Crowne Plaza regularily checks the quality of its franchises.
Upon check-in it appeared that the AC in my room was not working (the fan was spinning but no cold air was produced#, the desk phone did not work and the safe box in the drawer was not bolted to the drawer panel - which basically meant that anyone could take it out, put in the suitcase and remove it from the hotel with everything what's in the box.
The staff reaction was adequate - they have found me another room where both the AC and the phone worked - but I had to wait until the room was cleaned. Still the safe box was not bolted to anything just like in the first room #hotel staff told me all rooms were like that which made me wonder who came up with such a brilliant idea to not secure the safe box#.
The overall service was OK however the laundry bags and forms were not replaced in the room so I had to ask for them at the Reception.
Other than that the only comment I could make is the gloomy atmosphere in the hotel - the lobby, the 1st floor and the 16th floor restaurants are uninviting, unfriendly, the lack of lighting #saving electricity?) in the common areas of the hotel - all of that leaves the impression of going-out-of-business facility.
