当与外籍人士同时出现在早餐的服务区时,外籍人士得到及时的带位服务,而本国人士却无人理会。这是什么意思?这是在中国的土地呀。
早餐厅内一片乱糟糟,杯碟无人收拾,找位不容易,而服务人员不做好引位服务,觉得一下子酒店的档次降低了不少。
