The beds are very comfortable and the A/C works very well....the rooms were very cold, just like we like it, especially in the Texas summertime heat! The staff was very accomodating, as we had several friends and relatives as guest in this hotel, all attending our son's wedding! September 4, 2014

The hot water handle on the bathroom lavatory fell of when first used although it was still functional. There was a hole in the sofo arm rest September 4, 2014

Besides the pillows, the staff was above and beyond any we've experienced in the past. They were courteous and helpful at all times. we only wished there had been a hot tub available! I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, wnd will continue to visit. Always clean rooms. Always quiet. Always feel safe. Minor irritations with uncomfortable pillows and coffee in the lobby being empty. I will stay here again. August 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overbooked Room reserved not available. Staff response was fairly uncaring--no motivation to solve the problem. Two unrelated men traveling together and without any advisement, they gave us a 1 king room. Their response, "That's all we have." (i.e.--"Deal with it.") But even without this debacle, this was a 2 star property at best. LOTS of other hotels nearby... Go elsewhere. Or sleep under a bridge. August 22, 2014
