I was given a room and when I walked in, it look as though housekeeping did not clean that room. There were towels on the floors, the bathroom light was on, the drawers were open, and the bed's pillow was not neat. I did end up getting another room but as a Rewards member, I expected more from Holiday Inn.

I was in town on a Monday for a training my company sent me to. The hotel staff member did not know how to handle a business check and a tax except form. He asked for my credit card for incidentals and said he was going to hold $25. The next day I had a charge for over $500 from this hotel and a over draft fee of $29.50. The hotel did not fix the problem until the week end. Its a good thing that the cash I took on the trip was enough to cover my meals. Also you can have a drink with the manager they have a 2 free drink offer on Tuesday and Wednesday but no manager was present. I also needed a razor and shaving cream which they will provide for free but I had to go down to the front desk to get it they said they would not bring it to my room. As for the over draft fee they did not pay for it i was stuck with the bill. the light in my bathroom would not work half the time and it had tape on it to hold it together. The lotion is a coconut lime and i could not stand the smell.

Our room had one king sized bed along with a sofa that could've been made into a bed in seconds. Not everything matched in our room thus having us wonder if an update was in the process. If not, well.... WOW, some of the decor needs updated in a major way! Breakfast was very good. We were given a menu to make our choices and the food was a great way to start our day. Unfortunately, though advertised a great number of years "Kids Eat Free". We were still charged even though abiding by the guidelines and/or small print rules. Overall a wonderful stay.

Room a little small, but clean and very comfortable. Had an issue w our door and maintenance request was addressed same day. Very friendly and personable staff! Will stay again! Great value!

The location was excellent,I had expected little more at this location The check in experience was great,very warm welcome,The warmness went away when I went to the room .Everything in the room need to be updated to meet the IHG standards , At the check out I found it was the same girl who checked me in last night I feel bad to tell her the room was not comfortable ,She was really nice and I did not want to start my day bad ,

We had high hopes with this stay, as we stayed here so we could attend the Oktoberfest. But the fire alarm went off not once but twice that night, & we were not informed if it was a for real fire or not, we tried calling the front desk with no answer, we left our room the first time till the alarm went off. But when it went off the second time we stayed in the room but still no contact from front desk. Just not a good experience...

A business value is generally a balance of what is paid for the services and/or commodity gained. When representatives of the business consistently make errors or provide information that does not match a measurable reality, in this case, availability of choice, even though only 20 parking spaces are filled throughout the stay, non-availability becomes a convenient excuse rather than a reality. Additionally, making multiple mistakes, by passing on flawed information shows a distinct lack of managerial oversight, if not a complete disregard for the consumer of services. Recognizing that this property is not a five star facility and short-comings will occur, it is unreasonable to assume that business will be increased or the environment will improve for the consumer or the staff without professional intervention with those providing the services. No charge for this consultative insight, even though it has greater value than this consumer received from the recently purchased stay.
