I was asked if I want point for my platinum welcome amenity and I said yes, I also had an overpriced food order in the hotel and charged it to my room (it appears on my room bill correctly including the tip I paid)
However I did not receive the 500 welcome point nor the points for food and beverage.
I have decided to never make any phone call in my life for such embarrassingly low amounts of points that hotels try to save for themselves, but instead leave negative reviews for hotels that resort to such corner cutting strategies. because they do this with the assumption that people either don't notice that food and beverage points are not posted or they just don't bother calling for such number of points and that is exactly correct about me.
If IHG is serious about customer service they should have a policy in place that guarantees that if a hotel doesn't post your point correctly they give you 2000 points on top of what they should have given to you in the first place, that is the only way that make this industry act correctly when it comes to giving people their points. That way at least I don't feel ashamed of myself for calling a hotel and telling them why didn't you post 70 points for my appetizer.

Make sure you don't get the first floor, and ask for a room at the end away from noisy neighbors and thin walls.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. Within a five minutes drive you can find all sorts of restaurants, stores, and entertainment night life.

Overall this hotel was average however the quality of dinner was unacceptable. Did not get what I ordered 2 nights in a row and was charged $15 for one drink. Definitely forced me to eat at TGIF just down the road. Will not be staying at this location in the future.

The property is well managed. Rooms are up to date. Outside areas are neat in appearance and has a feeling of care taken to provide security for the guests. Lobby area is comfortable and inviting. I experienced no problems at the location. Looks like a good place for meetings. We will plan to stay at this location in the future.

The staff was excellent. Kristina, Vanessa, Marta, Rurthie and Chris make an excellent ream. I stayed over 30 days and they took care of me like I was at their home. I'll be back without a doubt.
