Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 OverNight Stay for PPL Center PERFECT location to stay overnight if you are attending an event at the PPL Center. Just less than 5 mins walking distance to the center. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, nice bar I arrived late and just wanted to have a glass of wine and a bite to eat. Bar was nice, staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable and I got a good night sleep. Everything worked correctly in the bathroom, which was not always the case in other hotels that I have stayed in. February 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All was very good I didn't respond to wait staff (at breakfast) because: the weather was miserable and only one person showed up. He played everyone else's' role so timing was not good...BUT THAT WASN'T HIS FAULT! He did very well considering. Another person helped out a little.....just seating some customers. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Left tired and hungry The restaurant food was not good at all, and we ordered several different items off the menu. One meal was forgotten and our bill was incorrect. The wait staff were very slow. The noise in the hallways and adjacent rooms is also a problem, feels like it's in your own room, so don't plan on going to bed early for a good night's rest. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the front desk staff pleasant but our overall stay was unpleasant, left tired and hungry. February 4, 2015
