Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Trip During our stay, our hotel room was broken into by a drunk older man. He somehow got into the room with a hotel key. Luckily, we remembered to put the top latch on the door. After the man continued to partly open and close the door several times, my husband persuaded him to leave. We immediately contacted the front desk... they did nothing. The next morning, we talked to the front desk. They said they would look into compensating us, but they never did. We had a scary experience and felt that it was handled poorly. We will not be staying here again. October 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice room; couldn't sleep part of that is my own problem; but the pillows are humungous and uncomfortable. the bed is comfy, the room is nicely appointed. the bathroom is nice but small; it'd be nice if there was a sink/mirror outside the bathroom (not counting the mirror by the desk because the lighting there is really bad). bar was fine, but really dated in decor. Book early tho as they sell out we we're fortunate to be able to book a room last minute after a cancellation. Calling the front desk or hotel website rather than the general Holiday Inn # works best. October 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Slept like a champ! Although my stay was short - last minute for an overnight for a football game - I enjoyed my stay. The checkin staff was friendly and inviting. The room was clean and everything looked to have been renovated/upgraded in the recent past. The bed was super comfortable. The room was roomy. The TV was large and new, although I never turned it on. The restaurant and bar area looked nice, but unfortunately I did not have time to try it out. Conveniently located to the VT campus, and they have two shuttle buses. Overall, a great stay, and I'm sure I will be staying there again in the future. October 2, 2014

Room service was prompt, courteous, and mostly accurate with items ordered. No excessive noise in hallways of guest room area. Beds were very comfortable and enjoyed patio door entry/exit from ground-level room. September 29, 2014
