Apparently I was the "Guest of the Day", so I got a room upgrade (nice) and a free appetizer - except, I got there too late to get the appetizer and then left too early the next day. That was a little disappointing. Otherwise, the staff was nice, and they were very nice about driving me to the other side of campus for my meeting. I thought they were nice, too, to drive this other woman to a different hotel so she could check in, and then to wherever she needed to go. March 4, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Experience The room was poorly maintained. The whole toilet was loosely connected to the floor and moved easily. Both the door to the bathroom and the bedroom did not close/latch. The mattress on the bed needed to be rotated or replaced, as the center of the mattress sunk inwards. The air condition settings were sporadic. We could not get a consistent temperature in the room. During my stay, I asked for a 1 hour late checkout and the front desk would not even allow us to stay an extra 30 mins. For all of the years that I stayed at this hotel, I have received free breakfast coupons and a free drink ticket. This time, I received neither. Since the hotel appears to be under new management and is lowering in quality, we'll probably have our company switch to a different Holiday Inn in the area. I have stayed at this hotel for years in the past and was very pleased with it. February 28, 2015

We've stayed here often and have always been very pleased with the room and the service. Everything is updated and clean and we always have a good night's sleep. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location Visited our Tech student and found ourselves in the middle of snow-maggedon! Power outage at the property was limited to a few hours but we managed to stay warm by the fire for a little while before deciding to take our chances in the room. It was all an adventure and everybody seemed fine. We would still stay in this hotel again with no hesitation! February 18, 2015
