Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel does not change the sheets For the second time we have stayed here, we found that the hotel does not change the sheets from the previous guest or guests. If you stay here, pull over the coverlet or blanket, and check the sheets. If you find hairs from the previous guest(s), either near the pillows or at the foot of the bed, let the front desk know. The first time we found this, it was apparent that the maid had simply turned the mattress 180 degrees, and all the hairs were at the foot of the bed. The hotel manager personally changed the sheets and pillowcases (which also had hairs all over them) for us. August 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff, very dirty room Front desk staff and servers in restaurant were friendly and warm. The room was very dirty. Toilet was stained and looked like it had been used since last cleaned. The dust and hair coating everything behind the nightstands that I found while trying to plug in my phone charger were just gross. I felt itchy all night. August 19, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, but that's all! I was very disappointed with this stay. They could not give me a ground floor and they don't have an elevator. It was very difficult climbing the steep staircase with my luggage. They also do not have a continental breakfast, so I had to pay for it at the restaurant there. It was very good, but for the price the charge for the room, it should have been free. I will not be staying here again. I do have to say the manager did help me several times bringing stuff up to my room. He was very nice and apologetic. August 14, 2014

The only negative I would say is the carpet felt slightly damp underfoot... like it was old or something... I am not sure how to describe it other than that. But I asked my friend staying in the room next door, and she agreed. August 14, 2014
