Convenient location; close to all the colleges my son wanted to tour and Fenway Park.....which I wanted to tour. Lobby/Lounge area was clean but could use some updating. Bartender knew area well and was able to point us in all the right directions. Have to admit I am not used to paying for parking as a guest at a Hotel, usually gratis. Thought the fact that entrance through the garage, front desk, lobby/lounge all being on different levels was a little awkward but no big deal. Enjoyed my stay... will return.

Staff not friendly, did not seem to be courteous.
rooms were clean. Mattress was not very comfortable. Hotel location was good. Internet access with no problems.

Great location for hospitals in area..good shuttle..good beds...good breakfast...hotel to be totally refurbished in November

I always enjoy staying here because it is close to the hospital and the T line. The front desk staff are very efficient and bar and the restaurant food is good and the staff are friendly.

We only stayed here because it was recommended by the Joslin Clinic. It is not in a part of Boston that lends itself to a multitude of dining possibilities. Temperature in the room was difficult to adjust but finally managed. Service in the restaurant was poor even though food was generally good.

We love this place !!! Overall Experience was good because the only slight difficulty we had was not with the Hotel itself; but in using our reward points. When the reservation was made the reservation office used three different confirmation numbers for a four night stay and this caused a bit of a problem. However; this fantastic staff is always there to help out. Thank you so much, and we look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I stayed at this location for the first time last year and did not like the room I was in. I am a female traveling alone and I did not like being back in the "suites" in the very back of the hotel second floor, plus the room was very outdated.
I decided to give it another try and was given a different room (still in the older part of the hotel), however I was much more comfortable and slept a whole lot better feeling safer. The room was more modern, no windows, but that was fine.
