Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No Management call back I accidentally made a reservation for Feb 22 instead of March 22, I called the hotel 5 times. The manager never called back and his employees were equally frustrated. If he doesn't own the hotel, the owner should get involved. I reduced my stay and will not go there again. I come to the area about every 6 weeks. April 15, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Aging and needs updating This Holiday Inn is clearly aging and did not meet the usual Holiday Inn standard. The odour in the hallway was unpleasant. The room itself smelled a little musty and needed a more meticulous cleaning (there were dark hairs on the bathroom floor). April 15, 2015

Secure and have all ammenities to be relax while waiting for next working day. Great service by Front Desk personnel . The room have plenty of space to be relax and enjoy the TV . April 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice exterior but sad interior I travel quite a bit and usually stay within the priority club family of hotels. Upon arrival the exterior and lobby were great. However, the room was not. As soon as I opened the door you could smell the mildew and the humidity in the room was so high the papers were stuck to the desk. The air vent had what looked to be mold on it just like the shower tiles. I was only there for two nights but it was the longest two nights I have had in a long time. My next trip to Brownsville will not include this hotel. I am really surprised they still carry the Holiday Inn name. April 13, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 DND on door And the maid woke me up at 10am when I had a late check out if 2pm. She lied and said it was next door to her boss but I saw her at my door. I was very angry and needed sleep for I had been working sombrero festival all night. The day before I didn't have DND on door and I didn't even get service. Left good tray at my door for 2 days. Hotel is a great place and I like staying here but you need better service and renovations to be a full service hotel. Front desk said they would give me an extra 1500 points but I haven't seen that yet. March 4, 2015
