While the clerk conversed with another guest, was not acknowledged as awards member, and was not provided options as a rewards guest. At check out time, I requested a late check out (12:30PM). The staff made me feel that it was a big inconvenience. Even though I was slotted to stay one more day. Ending on a positive note. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience, Would Return We wanted were looking for a hotel to stay for our Disneyland trip. The hotels right around the park were expensive and didn't look all that great, so we decided to stay here because it was significantly cheaper and looked nice. We made a great decision. It was so close to Disney that you would have never known you weren't in the "resort" area. It was a quick hop on and off of the freeway to get to and from the Disney parks. Our room was very clean. Loved the private patio overlooking the pool. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. We traveled with two adults and three children! February 18, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk service I tried to extend my stay at this hotel and was told we are sold out! I then proceded to call HIG rewards due to I did not want to up root for one night and then come back. I have been here for 15 days and neede to stay longer for business. The end result HIG got me a room in this hotel so I did not have to move to another location however the staff was not helpful until I called HIG. February 18, 2015
