Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service and Comfort When I first walked into the hotel, I was amazed at how attractive and well lit the hotel was. The look exceeded expectations. The set of the guest room as well. The staff were so helpful, especially the young lady in the restaurant who helped us get our food togo. She took care of every detail, so we had no need to ask for anything. I was so impressed, I was hoping to see her again to give her an extra tip. I also didn't get her name, but when I'm out that way again, and I see her, I will take care of her. November 16, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just my opinion The location is great and price is fair. The room was clean and did not smell like smoke. Easy access to 91 or I5 and 10 min's or less from Disneyland parking structure. Close to Buena Park attractions, Knott's Berry Farm, Medieval Times, ect. My only concern is that on our day of check-out, it seemed like we were hounded to get out of the room. It started with a loud, clear, intentional knock on the door at 7:30 am. A few minutes later, the phone rings and upon answering, a dial tone. Then, an hour later, the same loud, clear and intentional knock on the door. If I had wanted a wake-up call, I would have asked for one. November 14, 2014

Came for relaxing time and family time, central location, beautiful rooms, fantastic staff, like Benny (the driver) , Cali and Mitch at the front desk, and ALL employees we came into contact with in the restaurant.
