En el mes de mayo estube en cancun y recomiendo ampliamente el Holiday Inn que se encuentra en la zona hotelera verdaderamente el hotel es pequeño pero cuenta con una muy ubicacion en la Zona hotelera, la amabilidad del personal fue excelente

Ours wasn't the Holiday Inn experience you would expect if you're used to ones in the U.S. It just wasn't up to par in many ways, and no one seemed to care much.
We were sent to two far away rooms, neither of which was the ocean front with king bed that we reserved. One was on the first floor with a big wall in front of it instead of the ocean, the next had two smaller beds instead of a king.
The room also pooled with water on the tile floor just inside the door from an unknown source.
I never saw any food or drink, which we desperately wanted as there wasn't any within walking distance.
Beside that, the room was okay, not fancy, but clean beside the wet floor. Pretty simple and underwhelming.
Be aware that the beach is not nice by this hotel, which we expected and were okay with. If you are going for the beach, stay in the zona hotelera, not near downtown Cancun.

My wife and I stayed here for a night because we had to catch an early flight out of Cancun. It's an older property, but well maintained and clean.
The shower didn't have any hot water, and I didn't have time to complain (what a great way to wake up).
I only had a chance to enjoy the "all inclusive" dinner buffet. Apparently it included everything except edible food. Sadly I found the best thing to be the chicken nuggets that were hard as rocks.
I'd recommend skipping the all inclusive package and eating anywhere else. And I mean anywhere.

why confirm king bed if hotel is not going to provide?
