RESERVE CON IHG Y AL LLEGAR A RECEPCION NO ME RESPETARON EL PRECIO DE LA RESERVACION, ARGUIMENTARON CAMBIO EL EL TIPO DE CAMBIO DE DOLAR, TUVE QUE LLAMAR MUCHAS VECES A IHG Y PERDER HORAS EN LLAMADAS PARA LOGRAR QUE EL HOTEL RESPETARA EL PRECIO PACTADO EN LA RESERVA. MIENTRAS HACIA LAS LLAMADAS Y PERDIA HORAS EN EL LOBBY EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL NO FUE CAPAZ DE OFRECERME ALGUNA BEBIDA MUCHO MENOS DARME EL CUARTO A PESAR DE QUE YO VIAJABA CON UN BEBE DE MESES Y TENIAMOS SERVICIO ALL INCLUSIVE

Horrible personal at the front desk. The delay of checking in, the horrible attitude of Mr. Lucas was unquestionably the worst treatment we have ever experienced at a Holiday Inn.

We have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn before and were somewhat unsatisfied, however, this particular stay, we were completely unsatisfied and treated very poorly.
The front desk crew was very rude, but extremely and utterly helpless to solve problems or even offer solutions to problems. I actually enjoy the facility, however the front desk staff, specifically LUCAS, is under trained, uneducated on customer relations and unaware of priority club members policies.
All together, a very unfriendly stay that had many problems without solutions. Just remember that you get what you pay for, typically. However in this case, you get even less than what you pay for here.
Poor excuse for a good hotel name like Holiday Inn.

The hotel has a great beach and a lovely view of the ocean. I always end up stopping in Cancun for an overnight stay due to work travels and it's a great hotel for the 1 night as it's value for money and quite close to the airport compared to the other hotels in the main hotel area.

Rude service from check in staff, to trying to go in the reservation and they do not respect the reservation and room preferences.
I am Platinum member, they really do not care about that, they do not care about customers.
They offer to be pet friendly and they send us to the last room beside the parking lot because that is how they do it., the room was very noisy.
All my experiences with Holiday Inn use to be great but this is the worst place to go on Vacation.

Just overall bad. Rude service from check in to trying to go in the reservation Restsurant 30 minutes before it closes. It was not crowded only about five tables and it was a buffet and we we told we could not join. Food terrible and we were hoping it might be better. No hot water in room twice. Loud! Checked out and moved after two nights. Taxi driver told us that happens a lot. When we went to check out, things got even ruder. Just so upset and shocked. Ended up at a different resort for a great experience. My husband is a platinum member, no upgrade...we were put on noisy road side.

Al llegar al hotel no hubo la bienvenida que otras veces me habian dado al ser miembro Gold IHG , asi mismo al preguntarle a la persona en el mostrador acerca de la membresia me dijo que en este hotel no era reconocida dicha membresia, tiempo despues le pregunte acerca del centro de negocios para ser usado y me dijo que tendria que pagar por su uso cosa que en otras ocaciones me habian proporcionado sin costo y como un beneficio mas por ser miembro IHG Gold.
