Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Passing Through The only thing less than excellent was restaurant service. With only one table occupied other than me, it took fifteen minutes to get a salad. Then, ten bites in, came my steak. I had to send it back while I ate my salad. Then the server was far too concerned with setting up empty tables for the morning meal than serving me. She never once returned to see if I needed anything. She never even refilled my water glass. I asked her at the end where she was more likely to get a tip. From me or the empty tables she was so focused on. That took her back. Overall, a very good stay. November 20, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hopefully to be demolished! A sad relic from a generation ago. Our first room had no heat or Wi-Fi, and overlooked a drab "Holidome" area from which the few voices were amplified into something like the lonely call of the loon. No evidence of recent redecoration. We were moved to another room away from the "Holidome". This too had not been decorated for decades, and the bed sheets were so thin that we could literally see TV through them. Having only two floors, there is no elevator, and access to the upper level is via stairwells which have been finished in inferior materials that can't have been upgraded since the place was opened. On leaving, we noticed that stucco was peeling from the exterior walls. Calling this a Holiday Inn can only have a very negative effect on the Brand. READ THE REVIEWS! October 31, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bugged by our Stay We spent little time at the hotel - arrived late after a wedding reception. Check-in was flawless. The lack of an elevator was a problem, as we were traveling with older relatives. We had a visitor: a cockroach on the wall of our room. Could happen anywhere, but it put a negative spin on our stay. Mattress was too hard, pillows too thick to find a comfortable position, and the sound of car doors in the parking lot didn't help. There is no free breakfast, but we opted for the buffet in the Fairway Restaurant. Disappointed that, although coffee is free with the buffet, we were charged for hot tea and hot chocolate. We would choose another place to stay in the future. October 30, 2014
