Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT PEOPLE The outside of the hotel is in need of repair so your first impression when you arrive might be deceiving. My room was very nice and comfy and clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. And when I stopped in at Nana's restaurant Mary made me feel like one of the family. Anytime I need a room close to Cleveland Hopkins Airport I will book this hotel again. May 20, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Big disappointment in service and property The outside of the hotel is in need of repair so our first impression when we arrived was not good. The staff was friendly and polite. The quality of our room was better than the outside of the hotel. The temperature in the pool was very nice but the brown stains on the wall were just disgusting. Service for dinner at the restaurant onsite, Nana's, was very slow. We were not the only ones noticing how short staffed they were. There was a large group in the private room that kept coming out looking for a waitress so they could order food. We were very disappointed with our stay and will not be coming back. May 19, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, comfortable bed A decent property in a busy and competitive location. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the restaurant was good. I had expected a complimentary breakfast, like some of their other locations, but I suppose with 6 floors of guest rooms that wouldn't be a cost-effective solution at this location. May 13, 2015
