Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Not visibly pleasing. The age of the hotel was very evident. The room was rather bare and the water stains or whatever it was on the ceiling did not make for an enjoyable stay. I stayed because I was there on business and actually spent minimal time in the room I would not have otherwise. November 7, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stinky... This hotel is dated, old and smelly. That's all the nice things I can say about it. I stayed on a smoking floor (can you believe there are still one of those?) and the smell was ATROCIOUS! The food in the attached restaurant was acceptable. The drinks were overpriced and undersized. I don't go to Cleveland often, but I wont likely go back here.. October 28, 2014

The food was pretty good too... not what you would get at a $700 / night property but well prepared and priced. Room and bathroom were clean but, the room itself was tired and is in need of some updating. Lamp shades and curtain over the AC / Heat unit were stained, carpet was pretty shot but again, it was clean. Yes, it was a "smoking room" and I truly appreciate the additional maintenance that requires and I would be willing to pay an additional fee for it. Overall, it was a good experience, room just needed a little TLC. October 24, 2014
