I had a meeting cancel on me so I was going to do some work from the room. I couldn't even connect to the internet it was so slow. I called the front desk and they have me a number to call. They person on the other end said that they knew what was wrong but they would have to charge me to fix it. I explained that I was a guest in a hotel and they would need to discuss payment with the hotel. I called the front desk and told them what happened. It never got fixed and I never heard anything.

The entrance is poorly lit and easy to miss if arriving at night and main lobby door being placed on side of building does not help either.
Was greeted with a friendly hello and had a candid conversation with front desk employee (wish I rememberd her name) who was also helpful in locating a good place to eat later that night.
Arrived in room to find a stained blanket which clearly stuck out. Called desk and recieved another stained blanket and at this point we found a plastic bag with a clean blanket which I guess was for extra needs. Room decor seemed to be from the late 80s couch to early 90s furniture to then2000s tv so I guess we coverd the last 30 years of furniture in our room.
curtains had cigarette burns on them and appeared to have never been washed or not in a while (brown stains and such). The view did not enhance the room. Got a view of a back yard and a factory with lots of junk laying around (romantic).
bar in hotel was nice. Enjoyed the restaurant attached to hotel.
slept good then left to enjoy the area. Came back and room had not been tended to which was completely unacceptable as my wife and I were tired after a long day. Contacted desk and he provided lots of excuses of why it was our fault and not thiers.(we got new sheets and got to make our own bed.......fun fun fun).
overall the staff were nice then provided poor service(front desk good housekeeping bad) The room was more "motelish" than a room I expected to be at a holiday inn. I dont think I will stay there again.

I was not recognized as a platinum member at check-in, no welcome bag or bonus point. The wall heating unit had so much cold air blowing through it I had to stuff pillows and blankets around it to stay warm in the room. The side walks to the side doors completely covered with snow and ice for the 3 days I stayed there and the parking lot was very poorly cleaned making it hard to walk in knee deep snow while trying to Carry luggage. Also the coffee in the lobby is only severed from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. I stay in IHG brand hotels 3 to 4 nights a week year around and this Is the worst one I have stayed at in a while. One positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I arrived, I wasn't greeted as a platinum member and there was no welcome gift (ie water, bonus points). The room was comfortable and clean, but the heater didn't work properly. Maintenance was quick to come in and clean the utterly clogged filters which allowed the unit to work, but the thermostat didn't seem to be working properly. It was either very hot or very cold. The bathroom was tiny but it had a great shower. As a chain, Holiday Inn amenities are not good.

Staff was wonderful but the hotel is old and not up to par. The Pool room was rather cold and rundown. The Elevator shuddered on every floor and felt very poorly maintained. My room key only worked maybe 1 out of 10 times and was told to just keep trying it.
Just overall a disappointing experience. My bathroom was dirty with visible "brown substance" on toilet seat and side of tub along with absolutely no toiletries left for me. Had to go to front desk for even shampoo and soap.
I'm glad the staff was wonderful, however final straw was the terrible coffee in the lobby and the fact it was only served in the mornings. I will not repeat my stay here. Other hotels close to airport in the IHG are much better.

This was a great hotel to stay at. I was in town for an interview at MetroHealth and was able to get a ride to and from the airport as well as to the interview the next day. The room and bathroom were clean. This is a tremendous value for anyone in town for a night to interview and highly recommend it. Darryl was very nice at the front desk along with Jim the driver.

Internet speed to slow to use for business. Needs to be upgraded. Currently only downloads around .5 Mbps. Normal speeds are around 10 Mbps at other hotels.
Rooms were great. Nanas restaurant has good food with a great staff. And finally the front desk staff was the best.
Great hotel with no internet speed.
