Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by rewards member not as beneficial as it used to be I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn in a little while and was disappointed with this stay. The room was nice and comfortable. It was not convenient however and we were offered no help. We arrived late (we notified them prior) and instead of helped to our room, we were directed to drive to the parking lot and unload our bags from there. They said there was a cart at the door. What happened to being helped in? We also did not receive water bottles or a snack upon arrival like we used to receive. We were also informed when we asked that breakfast was not included in our package. The desk clerk did not offer any suggestions or give us the coupon that other guests informed us of later. Felt like the overall attitude of this place was "you are on your own". So disappointed. Every other hotel we stayed in during the road trip had staff that was helpful, courteous and offered lots of good information, overall making us feel welcome. Did not feel welcome here. Won't stay again. August 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Internet has a new blocking feature I stay here for work several times a week, my last stay the internet was very slow and had a blocking feature that prevented you from looking at most websites, I found this to be rather frustrating and upsetting and I feel I should be able to use the internet freely as if I were at home, if you are an internet junkie you may want to consider staying somewhere else that doesn't restrict your internet usage. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TERRIBLE MAID Our checkout was at 11am. The maid knocked on our door, waking us up, starting at 7am and did so every hour to see if we were out of the room/checked out. UNBELIEVABLE! We were screaming "no" at them in aggravation. Never will stay there again. August 5, 2014

After speaking to the front desk staff they were only able to give me a room with double bed with no suggestion that they would try and get me into the room size I reserved. August 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for a short stay The people here are what make the hotel! Very courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was very nice: clean and comfortable. The location is great because it is so close to the airport and major highways. The only thing I did not care for was the outside. The building, parking lot, area is not desirable. Also, the TV did not have any local baseball games while I was there... could not believe 5 ESPN stations but nothing local. I really wanted to watch an Indians game! July 30, 2014
