Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by IF If only this property did not look so much like an Express. If they only had a real restaurant and bar instead of what looked like a school cafeteria. If the guest room was devoid of noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway. If the furniture was in good repair it would not have appeared so dated. If only the housekeeping included vacuuming close to the walls. December 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service! We had a balcony room overlooking the ocean. The view was spectacular as well as the sound of the ocean waves. The outdoor pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Great customer service. Shellie was terrific! The breakfast was awesome. December 9, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and awesome view We enjoyed a get away for a couple nights. The view of the Gulf was outstanding from our room. The room was a little outdated and could have been cleaner. On the bright side the customer service was wonderful. We enjoyed the coffee in the lobby and the smiling, friendly service each morning from Shelley. They have a great beach locale and great customer service. With some remodeling and updating this would be a great hotel. November 25, 2014

Morning complimentary coffee was a nice touch and I enjoyed chatting with Shelly while waiting on my team each morning. November 25, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by repeat visitor I hate to write this but since I have stayed at this hotel over the years I have seen the quality and upkeep of this hotel decline. It has such a great location and with the growth in the area it could be a jewel but not so. currently attempting to fix a billing error on there part it has become a true nightmare.
