I am sorry to see that you have done away with the "welcome gifts", including a free drink, for us Rewards Club Members. The cookies were good too.
What is now the advantage of staying with you? What are the "rewards" now?

Room was clean and neat. Only problem was the toilet. With knee issues it was difficult to get all the way to the seat! ADA toilets are much more assessable. Please consider replacing these low ones for the higher ones. All of us with knee problems would thank you.

Room was clean and moderately comfortable. Staff was not helpful with issues of mistake made on their end with confirmation of stay. Even after presenting them with email confirmation and follow up by sales manager the front desk acknowledged their mistake, gave a half hearted "sorry" and said there was nothing they could do.

The group reservation was messed up, even with confirmation numbers from the hotel management. One of my guests arrived only to find the hotel had booked her for the wrong night. When I showed the front desk the email confirmation directly from the hotel management to me, clearly stating the correct night, the guy at the front desk said "sorry, nothing I can do, we're completely booked." I didn't even get an offer to assist me in finding another location for my guest - the attitude was that you're on you're own and a half-hearted sorry. It's been two full days since I emailed the hotel manager about the mistake and I have yet to even hear back from him. Truly the worst experience I've had at a hotel the past few years. The heater in my room also set off the fire alarm. This is the last hotel I will ever choose in Danbury for myself or any of my business groups I bring to the area regularly.

My stay was very nice. Everyone that was working that weekend was very professional. The hotel was clean and well kept.

Having had only bad hotel experiences in CT I was very nervous booking a hotel there. We were traveling from NY to Eastern Ma late at night and decided to book at the last minute. The hotel staff was friendly and the check in process was efficient. We stayed in a first floor room and it was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and we all had a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good nights sleep in a clean hotel.

I had an issue during my stay, and although the staff was very helpful the next morning (promised to refund half of my bill), I am still waiting to be refunded.
