I have been coming to this hotel for many years for business travel. I was here when new owners took over and when the service went down hill. I eventually stop staying at this hotel due to a series of bad experiences. I recently came back due to a recommendation from a co-worker. I noticed right away that this hotel have made a lot of changes in my absence. I like all of the improvements made to the hotel, including the staff. My rating is base upon my new experience with the hotel not including this stay. I think people will like coming to the new and improved HI - Airport just as I liked coming back.

Another great stay at your hotel. This was my first time back in a little more than a year, but it was nice to be recognized by your staff. Amanda, Anita and Jerry at your front desk and Ruth at the Agave were awesome as always. The food was great and your wait staff were very polite and professional. Rooms were clean and the place was nice as always. The complimentary breakfasts and food and drink special for priority club members is an added bonus. The elevator addition was a great idea and makes room access more convenient. Thanks for another pleasant experience.

Thank you Holiday Inn El Paso-Airport I-10,
My stay there was very comfortable, almost felt like I was at home. The hospitality of all your employees is second to none. Everyone there seemed to always have a genuine concern for the comfort of all their guests. From the front desk hostesses to your concierge room hostess, they were always very attentive and ensured that my stay was a resort / home like stay. In addition, your concierge room was excellent and very well maintained for the recognition of Priority Club Members. This hotel has definitely earned my business and a high recommendation to all my friends and family.

Upon entering the room, there was a slight smell. Then we had decided to take a shower, since we had just came off the orad from driving 19 hours. We then turned on the shower, and the shower had leaked more water on the floor then in the tub alone. Then my daughter wanted to take a bath then, and there was no stopper for the bath water. Pool was nice, Staff waas real nice the maintance did fix the shower while we ate downstairs. Unlike other the free breakfast was just for the member only, not other family members in the room.

The staff was amazing! they were helpful, cortious and always eager to help the guests. Being a Priority Club membar was a big Plus++ couple of free drinks daily was definetly a great addition to the stay. The Hotel was super clean, the food was great in the "house" restaurant and free breakfast for members was another score on my board. I would not stay anywhere else in El Paso, centrally located was definetly helpful if you don't have a vehicle. The house van was always available if we needed a ride for dinner at no extra cost. Indoor/outdoor pool was very nice and having a Bar next to the pool, well.... you can see the picture. There was always a different event on the evenings, from live music to the night club downstairs with Mariachi night!. Overall, I felt like being home away from home and they have my bussines for futute trips. Thanks Holiday Inn!!

We stayed at this hotel from 4-1-13 to 4-6-13. The rooms were comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating. We were there when they were having the 70's Party and there was not a place to park when we got back to hotel. The manager or assistant manager moved her vehicle so we could park.

Awesome atmosphere and the staff and management team made my entire crew feel at home, while being away for 2 weeks. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone while traveling or working in the El Paso area.
