Although the staff upgraded our reservation, the room was not totally ready. There was no toilet paper and no hangers in the closet. It is questionable whether the carpet had been cleaned. This hotel is not up to the quality of other Holiday Inns we have stayed at. It appears as if this was some other competitor's establishment taken over by Holiday Inn. On the plus side, the staff provided us a chit for breakfast.

Checked in late but got taken care of right away. Front desk was speedy and efficient! Breakfast was a decent selection and tasty. Really liked this one!

The hotel was very clean and easy to book a room. Checkin was quick. Biggest surprise was the restaurant - the food was great and plenty of it and the breakfast was very good.

Really like the staff friendliness and help. Outside trashcans are not always emptied. Internet goes on and off so would not recommend if you need internet, otherwise is my favorite Holiday Inn in the area.

Pet friendly and convenient for traveling on I 95.
Needs updating. Side and rear entry doors were filthy and so were the entry way floors. There were leaves and dirt and debris that were never cleaned during our stay. It looked like it had been accumulating for days. Supposedly they are pet friendly for dogs 25 lbs and under. However, next to us was a huge boxer type dog and we saw other large dogs in the hallway. Breakfast was fair but the server was excellent. I would not stay here again until it gets a redo.
Pretty shabby...needs some TLC.. It was not the usual Holiday Inn brand's standards, in my opinion.

The staff was very friendly; the room was delightful (I needed a handicap accommodation on this trip because I had fractured my hip and had just completed at seven-week stay in a rehab facility in Seminole, Florida); the foods in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were more than satisfactory, and the rate was great! All of that was fine.
But, the floors were filthy!!! The hallway in front of our room (121) looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week, to quote my wife. And the floor in front of the reservation desk and the continuing tile into the room hallway was AWFUL. There was dirt, there were toothpick wrappers and other plastic wrappers strewn about, and even the parking lot had refuse in it. Years ago I had a similar experience at the Holiday Inn Express/Savannah Gateway, and I have never been back; when I need a room at Savannah Gateway I use another chain. It will probably be some time before we return to the Holiday Inn/Fayetteville I-95 South!

Not up to my standards. The shower controls are hooked up backwards so you get cold water when you want hot. The Breakfast service was slow. Not a good experience over all.
