I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and every time I go down south I make it a point to stop here. The rooms are great and the staff is the best and will always handle any probelm that you may have.

For two women and two children, three towels was not enough especially when one is needed for long hair and another for drying.

The staff is outstanding and they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The food is good and priced well. Location is great with access to 95. Rooms are clean, AC is cold, and internet is fast.

The exterior was lovely with beautiful landscaping and great curb appeal! The lobby was of a very upscale design with beautiful tile floors. Our room was large, well appointed and clean. Definitely would stay here again!

I had to stop while traveling on vacation and this Holiday Inn provided a nice break. Good value and polite staff.

We booked our rooms three months in advance through our HG REWARDS CARD. We asked for 2 rooms connecting to each other with 1 room being pet friendly. We did this for our trip down to Florida as well as our return home to Canada. We have stayed at this hotel several times and never had any trouble upon check-in. Both times check-in took 30 minutes and I was the only customer at the front desk. We ended having to stay in 2 rooms that were not adjoining on both stays. We feel that since our rooms were booked 3 months in advance that priority should be given to our request and not walk-ins. We were disappointed in the lack of consideration in this matter, the attitude at the front desk was very indifferent. We are not sure that we will return to this specific Holiday Inn location, which means 4 rooms of lost sales.
