Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stop Along I-95 I've stayed at this hotel a couple times on my way from DC and Florida. To complicate things, I travel with 2 English Bulldogs. This hotel is extremely accommodating for those traveling with pets; many hotel's 'pet rooms' are less than desirable....this hotel keeps the rooms clean and convenient to walk areas. I've eaten at the restaurant and its very good, has cold beer after a long ride...all good! Staff is extremely pleasant....a definite recommend! September 12, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service We set up the reservation two weeks prior to our arrival. At 8pm the night before our arrival, I received a phone call from the HI that they were sorry they could not fulfill our reservation because they had no King Supreme with our pet but they could furnish us with two twin beds or we could look for another hotel. At the last minute I could not make a change in my reservation so we chose to take what they offered us. The M.O.D. I spoke to when we arrived was apologetic however could not offer any explanation as to why we were not notified earlier. Although I would not except any discount for the disappointment, one was not even offered. Things sure have changed since I was in the hotel business in Houston. I will not stay at this property again nor will I recommend it. By the way, both nights we were there the HI sign was not on at night. September 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by unwelcome feeling The property appears to be ok. I really do not know anything about this property anymore. Was told that because I have an address that is in the same city as this property I was considered a "LOCAL" and since they had problems with some LOCALS in the past they would not rent a room to me. I am and Honours Member, but was told that the Manager made a Policy of not renting to :LOCALS. I was told that I could use my Credit Card to pay for the room , but it would have to be put in the name of someone with an address out of my City. The only way I could stay at this property was under a Group Affair and the Leader would be responsible for me and everyone else in the Group. Would not have stayed here but they had already collected the Group payment for food. Will discourage anyone I can from staying here, and will make sure no more friends or relatives book any events with The I-95 Holiday Inn at Exit 49, in Fayetteville, NC. Locals money is good for food affairs but not to stay at this property. September 5, 2014
