Nice room, but poor maintenance of air conditioning filter stopped air flow which made bathroom very cold with 40 degree outside temperatures. Very disappointing to find this condition at a Holiday Inn. Plus continental breakfast not included with corporate room rate where as it is at nearby competitor hotel of same quality.

Overall, an average, experience for a business stay. Property seems a bit dated, but comfortable. Biggest issue was the front desk not asking for ID when I needed a replacement room key.

When we first arrived, our room had no heat. The hotel did have someone come and fix it, but it would have been nicer to offer us another room or upgrade the room. The room also had no bedding for the pull-out bed, but they did bring some up later. We also wanted to use the indoor pool, but it was freezing.

The staff is very friendly and willing to assist. I must say my reason for staying was that they would allow my pet. They charge seemed excessive but I decided to give it a try. Pet rooms are 1st floor and the receptions was happy to place us by an outer door. Room was comfortable although well used. Bed, sheets and towels good. My fur friend and I will stay there again.

We stayed for only few hours on our way back from Florida to NJ. We checked in around 2:30 AM in the morning and our 2 kids were tired and wanted to go to sleep even though they slept in the minivan. This hotel was literally right off the route 95.
We had no prior reservation and as soon as we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally nice and accommodated as quickly as possible. We needed extra blanket and bed sheets and he provided the sheets and told us that the security will bring up the Blankets. Within minutes we got into the room security did bring Blankets we asked. It was kind of odd to see that a full service hotel and they did not have housekeeping at that time and security has to do that. At first, my impression was not that good about the hotel, also, because we had to walk long time to get to our room (had only one elevator) which was annoying especially at 3:00 in the morning. The security guard did not seem that friendly and the hotel seemed a little old and dated by today’s standard but clean. In the morning, at the breakfast, initially there were some confusion about how we wanted our eggs and some changes we wanted to make with some of the options. The hotel did not have that many varieties that you expect to find at a full service hotel. However, the restaurant staffs were again very nice and accommodating to their best.
Overall, the hotel does need to be updated, but the service I would say just as good if not better than most hotels..

Mattress quality was poor. Very hard. Had a difficult time sleeping on it. Also the heater made a noise when it would come on. Other than that it was a good room and good food in the restaurant.
