Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Licht und Schatten Der Eingangsbereich sah sehr strukturiert und einladend aus. Der Check-in Vorgang war allerdings etwas schleppend und allgemeine Informationen (Fruehstuckszeiten, Raeumlichkeiten,...) kamen leider auch erst auf Nachfragen. Die Wand- und Deckengestaltung im Flur und in den Zimmern mit dunklem Holz foerdert eher eine duestere Atmosphaere. Das teilweise abgeplazte Furnier an Tueren und Waenden sowie die angelaufenen Glanzflaechen in den Fahrstuehlen hinterlassen einen eher verlebten Eindruck. Das Zimmer an sich machte einen Sauberen Eindruck, ebenso wie das Bad, allerdings konnte man das von der Innenseite der Fenster nicht mehr sagen. Der Aufenthalt in der Hotel Bar hat uns recht gut gefallen, allerdings empfanden wir die Preise fuer Cocktails ein wenig hoch, und das ein einfacher Whiskey Cola Longdrink mehr kostet als als ein gemixter Cocktail, erschliesst sich mir nicht. Das Fruehstuecks Buffet war reichhaltig und gut. Wir konnten uns nur leider nicht unseren eigenen Tisch aussuchen und uns somit in die Naehe unserer Bekannten setzen. Warum muss die Check-out Zeit bis 11Uhr sein wenn es (zumindest am Wochenende) bis 11 Uhr Fruehstueck gibt? Das erzeugt bei den Gaesten direkt Stress am Abreisetag. Gluecklicherweise konnten wir ohne Aufpreis die Check-out Zeit auf 13 uhr verlaengern, so blieb uns Zeit zum Ausschlafen, gemuetlich Fruehstuecken und in Ruhe Abreise-fertig-machen. Schoener waere es noch, wenn dies Standard waere. November 11, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Enttäuscht Ceck In: sehr lange Wartezeiten, da meist nur mit einer Person besetzt, trotz vieler An/Abreisen bei einem "Flughafenhotel". In meinem Fall bei Anreise abends 30 min anstehen. Und beim Check out sehr überforderten Mitarbeiter gehabt. wieder mehrere Minuten anstehen müssen um dann Rechnungsstellung auf später verschieben zu müssen, weil Semiar begann. Sauberkeit: auf der Suche nach der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers, nur tote Fliege in der Schublade gefunden und staubige Finger. Käfer in den Gardinen. Fernbedienung trotzdem nicht gefunden. Hotel im Allgemeinen sehr abgewohnt und alt. November 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by invoice and IHG points I am always checking in after midnight so I always receive the invoice with the date of the next day. the invoice also has this future date but then I have the problem of the nights of stay not matching with the date. Second problem with the same issue is with points earned, as you are not mentioning the number of nights stayed on the invoice and just the check in and check out date are on the invoice. Your team also makes the same mistake each time. although I am staying 1 more night than the check in and check out date, as I am checking in after midnight you are always giving me one less night of stay points. I will be glad if you can correct this issue. November 3, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by very disappointing stay This was by far the worst Holiday Inn stay I've experienced in years. Over the last 5 or 6 years I did about 50 or 60 nights in Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express hotels throughout Europe, this must have been ranked lowest on the list. The hotel looks like it has not been updated in a long time, the food was horrible & the service at the desk in-adequate. There was only a buffet available, where the hot food was half-warm and old, the salads warm & starting to look bad (both I think are health-risk#, and even though there was a queue at the front-desk at check-in, it took ages to help people #allowing a lot of distraction to take up more time). I typically do not write reviews as the reason I book IHG hotels is that you get what you expect... but this one was so sub-standard that I had to comment. October 27, 2014
