Check-in person seemed irritated, like he wished he was doing something else. Not too friendly. Was not upgraded as per our Platinum IHG membership when presented card. Amenities were leftover Halloween candy and a bottle of local water. I don't recommend this for families, but good for a layover when on business.

bathroom needed to be updated and stocked better with
towels etc ..had to ask for more the first night..no fridge or
microwave in room...bed not to comfortable...they had a very nice indoor pool and spa area...only heard planes a couple times..

I stayed here twice before, then again last week. Aside from the front desk losing my CC Auth form two times, the experience was memorable and not in a good way. The room was "average" when I checked in, it wasn't until morning I noticed how dirty it was. The bath tub was dirty, with grime build-up, and the between the fridge and the dresser was a coffee stir stick that wasn't mine. My reservation was for two nights and I decided to stick it out for the second night. Upon entering my room, nothing had been cleaned! The bed wasn't made, the coffee not refilled, the trash not taken out, no one had been in my room to clean all day, and my Do Not Disturb sign was not out. I love Holiday Inn line of Hotels, and stay at them very frequently, but I will never, ever, stay at this hotel again.
