Overall a good experience.
Hotel is dated but still looks good. Rooms are clean as I could tell, but as they are kind of old so it doesn't look super clean.
The only not good part is in the morning at around 10am, someone knocked the door and came to "check whether everything is OK". That's weird. Maybe this guy is just a stranger that I shouldn't blame the hotel but worry about something else. But if this is one of the hotel staff I would say I didn't see why this check necessary.
Overall good stay. Staff at front desk are great.

The staff were fairly attentive.
The room was very clean.
The pools-hot tub was quite nice.
The bar/lounge area was a good place to go to in the evenings-- the bartender did an excellent job.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer a "free" breakfast -- not even free coffee or a small snack.
Was part of a large group traveling for business purposes, staying at the hotel (Holiday Inn Airport Fresno) for several weeks. I would stay at this particular hotel again, and I recommend it to anyone traveling to Fresno, CA-- who needed to be close to the airport.

This was not the nicest rooms but the convienence of how close it was to the airport is nice. Staff was excellent. Served it's purpose.

Disappointed in this hotel. Having been staying at other hotel properties over past 1.5 years with much higher satisfaction.

Booked for 19 nights for work, left after 2. Every single thing about this hotel was a complete dissappointmnet. Even after asking 4 times for the manager to call me about the problems I had with the room, the staff, the shuttle, the unresponsiveness of maintainance... instead he called my work since if was official travel) to have the boss ask me to quit complaining so much.... did I mention they discontinued the complimentary coffee? Instead, they want you to pay 2.35 for a to go cup. How can an airport hotel care so little about a long term business traveler? Seems to be they way they do business. Went to a compitor and had a wonderful stay for the rest of time in Fresno.

Overall it was an excellent experience. It is a dated property but very clean and very well managed. Front desk service was excellent. Upon check-in they gave me a choice of room based on my ihg reward and I had to say it was nice to have that. Maids, service staff, along with the bellman/valet five stars for wonderful service.
