Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Very Impressed I wasn't offered my bonus points for being a platinum IHG rewards member. The room was older, and wasn't very clean. My pillows cases hadn't be changed and there were little dark hairs on them. Little bitty pillows on a king size bed...not that i used the pillows anyway. It wasn't somewhere I would want to stay again. December 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fresno Airport I love the staff of this hotel. Corey, Codi, Deion, Jordan, Ashley, and anyone else I missed, are all great. Great value. I generally stay here, when in Fresno. A milder blend of coffee, needs to be offered in the restaurant and lobby. Yuck, I use no sweetener in my coffee, but use 3 equals in that coffee. Rooms need more plugs, or a power strip, as there are not enough plugs, in all rooms. Menu, while minimal, is good. Have never ordered anything, I didn't like. Housekeepers, are sometimes inconsistent restocking coffee and condiments, if staying multiple nights. December 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by shuttle serivice On returning I called for shuttle to return me to motel and was told the shuttle was not in service. I am 78 and had two suitcases. It had rained all day and since I had to walk with these two suitcases I was fortunate there was a break in the rain. No alternative service was offered. It was about 4:30pm and getting close to sunset. I did not have local family/friends able to assist me and I assumed shuttle would be available. It was an uncomfortable end to my Holiday Inn experience. December 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice indoor pool We booked this room for the indoor pool and Jacuzzi area. The pool was great and the Grandkids enjoyed the swimming. The Jacuzzi was out of order but over all our stay was very nice December 3, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great people, but lacks a little The staff was 100% friendly and nice. I must have run into at least 10 employees and each and every one was very helpful and friendly. Management is doing the right thing here - don't change that! The pillows were tiny and "strange", the blow dryer had to be replaced (and it was), the shower was not hot enough in the morning. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Deal for Area Good deal for location. I've stayed two times so far, my second experience was better as my room had central heating and air, a kitchenette, and access to the indoor swimming pool. The 2nd level does not have an elevator and my room had a microwave and refrigerator on the floor in the way and it had a cooling/heating wall unit. Bar closes relatively early for a hotel, around 9:30-10 pm. Not all t'vs properly working. Had to call for assistance from maintenance to get it to work. Staff is friendly. November 22, 2014
