Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 great stay would choose this hotel again The front desk employees were great with printing out my future travel trip for me, their assistance and friendliness were above expectancy. Thank you for a great , safe and comfortable stay. The breakfast was a little pricey, great free coffee in lobby. October 8, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dissatisfied We arrived very late and there was no one at the front desk. Had to wait almost 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. Some of the hotel had been recently renovated but some of it was still in very poor shape. The room did not appear to be very clean. We paid extra to have a breakfast in the morning. For a full service Holiday Inn we were extremely disappointed in the choices for the breakfast the way it was prepared and the way it was served. The breakfast was really less than equal to a Holiday Inn Express. We have had much better breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express than we experienced at this hotel. The experience we had with the staff was good they were very friendly but not very attentive. October 8, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was not what I expected First I ordered and ADA room, I did not get it. Second we ordered room service because we had been traveling all day and we just wanted to rest, well restaurant did not have anything that was offered in the room service menu, even though restaurant workers were super nice and for that they got a good tip. Bed was too small for my husband and for my comfort so I tried sleeping in sofa bed, I couldn't because it was in bad conditions. I took off the sheets and just put them on top of sofa and that was the best I could do. Next morning we ordered breakfast from room service and the food was of low quality, though the lady was real nice. I got an extension to stay in room and was told the latest would be 1PM. My husband left to his meeting so I could rest, since we would be traveling back home after his meeting. At 10:30 housekeeper knocked and I told her I had gotten an extension. At 11:30 again housekeeper knocked and again i mentioned about extension. At 12 noon I got into shower and just as I got out the fire alarm went on. I rushed to get dress and looked out the door and notice nothing unusual only 2 housekeeping carts close by. At 12:30 again housekeeper knocked and I mentioned to her that I was almost done and I would be out of their way. As I got my things together I could hear two housekeepers talking by my room. At 12:45 I got my bags and left room, the two housekeepers looked at me as if I had done something wrong. I mentioned this to the girl in front desk and she just ignored it. I told her I had left my bill in the room, if she could print me another one, she made a face of someone that was very upset. She gave me my receipt, did not say thank you, she just walk to the other side of counter. October 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OK Lobby and staff were great. It is obvious this hotel has been renovated. Our room was in an older part and the bathroom definitely showed wear. Not a bad hotel and not a bad price, but you probably could have gotten the same thing cheaper. September 30, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't let the looks fool you I am a business traveler who has stayed at many IHG properties. This was one of the very few bad experiences I've had with a IHG property. The rooms were clean at the staff was helpful but there were a number of issues with the property itself. I was staying there while visiting family in the area. The hotel hallways all had a musty smell to them and the staff would fog the hallways daily with what appeared to be air freshener. The restaurant/bar service was cash only due to what the staff said was a technical issue with their register. They said it had been down for some time and that it was effecting business. With a grandson visiting the hotel we attempted to use the indoor pool. We found this pool extremely dirty with what appeared to be algae growth and dirt on the walls and floor. We reported this to the front desk but when we checked a couple days later there was no change. We tried the outdoor pool and found it a little better and usable but still in need of a cleaning. There were no towels available at either pool and very little seating. Overall I was disappointed with this IHG property. September 24, 2015
