The bedroom was large and tidy. The breakfast was a little light but I liked the dried fruits and muesli. February 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding staff Spent 3 days at this hotel to rest and relax and left totally refreshed. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it in the mornings. The best was the staff. Very friendly and always with a smile. I was welcomed warmly upon my arrival. The staff are ready and willing to look after anything you may need. Can't say enough about them, from Isabelle and the reception staff to all the staff at the restaurants. The hotel was easier to find than I thought. There is good signage directing you once you are in the area. The main lobby is quite impressive and you may miss the big sign that says the reception desk is down the stairs. The tram is a 10 minute walk and it can take you directly to the city center in 15 minutes. The rooms are comfortable. Some are starting to look dated but renovations are taking place to make them look like new. Had guys working on rooms close to mine and would never have known it if I hadn't seen them. Either very quite workers or maybe good sound proofing. There is a nice fitness center and pool next door. The hotel is close to the action that you can be there in a few minutes, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel. February 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed, friendly staff I had a 'negotiated price', I don't know whether this means I was in a 'second class room', but I was surprised by the stained carpet and 'old' bathroom. The hand sink is rectangular with a flat bottom, meaning the water doesn't drain out correctly, to get this to happen you need to remove the plug completely. The bottom is stained brown. The tap in the shower/bathtub is extremely difficult to turn on and off for someone with arthritis. The glass screen between the tub and the bathroom is not properly anchored so the water runs out into the room. The towels are so old they are very thin, they reminded me of a 'budget' hotel. This hotel is in two buildings joined by a short corridor. The whole layout (reception in the basement, two sets of elevators), is confusing and is really not well signposted. This is the first time I've stayed in a Holiday Inn, and maybe my expectations were too high. When I go back, (it's the only hotel near the institute I was visiting) I will know what to expect: a room like in a two star hotel. On the other hand the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which is very/more important when you spend as much of your time in hotels as I do. January 16, 2015

Es war sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Zimmer gut mit bequemen Betten. Dank dem Restaurant und Bar im Hotel kann man sich auch vor Ort verpflegen. December 30, 2014
