All good go and try. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. So overall I was very happy with my stay at the hotel.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hendrick Convenient Hotel - Unfortunately no heating - Extremely cold rooms
During a business trip I chose the Holiday Inn which is very close to the IGBMC and the biomedical companies in the innovation park. The hotel is ideally located for business in the innovation park, rooms are large and quiet, and it is convenient that the hotel has a restaurant.
The problem during my stay end of September was that the hotel had no heating, in fact the staff confirmed that unfortunately at that time of the year the heating was not yet turned on (we managed to switch the air conditioning off, but there was no option for turning the heating on). The hotel staff was very friendly and helped out with additional blankets, but the room got freezing cold at night so that I ended up sleeping in cloths and with 3 blankets,- clearly not a relaxing night sleep and not an experience I want to repeat.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JohnRB-163 Excellent Stay
I stayed at this hotel due to its convenient location to International Space University.
As a recent Spire Elite member, my room was upgraded; though they didn't make it a point to tell me. I found out when I went to the room.
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was of great assistance for things I had forgotten. They also were helpful at all hours of the night - I was up working late due to a little jetlag. I had them extend my stay two days instead of moving downtown - as the tram service makes staying here just as easy as staying downtown.
I wasn't able to use my IHG Reward Card when checking out but I am not sure if it was the hotel or my bank. At 5:30 AM and leaving to catch the train, I didn't have the time to find out. I fear that I will miss out on my additional points from not using the IHG Rewards card.

Firstly, the air-conditioning was impossible to switch off in the room. The reception desk did not manage to help about it. They did not even know what to do. When they came up with an idea, it made the ventilation run even more. I was very cold all night. Further more, I had torn bed linens. Secondly, the breakfast selection is very poor. Not enough variety and low quality of products. However, receptionist was nice and apologetic. Employees at the breakfast area were also nice.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chrissunny Perfekter Auffenthalt für Stop over

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by kaelkael bon hotel mais oublier le breakfast
