Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by In need of refurbishment Rooms looked old and a little run down. Clearly in need of refurbishment. There was a musky smell in the room when we arrived and we had to use deodorant to equalize it. August 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great return visit This was our second visit to the Holiday Inn Glenmarie and by far the best. It felt like every member of staff went out of their way to make my wife and I comfortable and meet our needs. The room was excellent and our appreciation to Juliana for the arrangements she made for our stay. I was particularly impressed when the hotel contacted us in a taxi we had caught from the hotel foyer. The fact that the lobby staff knew the taxi and the phone number of the driver who picked us up shows how much they keep an eye on the safety and security of their guests without being obtrusive. We enjoyed three of the dining facilities on during this stay and enjoyed high quality food and excellent service at all venues. While the location is not in the centre of the city it is a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of KL. We will be back in October. August 11, 2014

(1) All staff are very friendly, very appreciated! (2) food delicious style for Holiday inn also consistent with expectations. (3) I will definitely come back to live in the future! August 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome....however Great hotel, great staff!!! However, when hosting an event such as a Ramadan buffet, please keep your hotel guests in mind. Could not get in to eat the buffet or use the pool to expected levels. Perhaps host the buffet in one of the spacious ballrooms, or somewhere else where guests aren't fighting with the throngs of people coming in just to eat the food. The parking was not handled very well and clean up afterward didn't live up to standards. The breakfast area wasn't always as clean as it should be. August 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 My stay in holiday inn Glenmarie I stayed here for 3 Nights and had one of the most warm welcome ever at a Holiday Inn. we have been upgraded to an Executive Room. The hospitality was outstanding ,The staff help to arrange the transport to the Airport early morning when the Taxi delay they offer us complementary breakfast for 2 even we already check out which we find it very good, the Taxi do not come so the one of the Staff drive us to the airport and charge us same as Taxi charge. The Room overlooked the Glenmarie Golf Course and is well equipped, clean and state of the art. Hotel Guest can use the excellent facilities of the Golf and Country Club incl. the Gym and the Golf Course. They have two pools and a nice Lobby Bar. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to KL. July 31, 2014
