It was the experience I had for my stay at Holiday Inn, Glenmarie from 9 - 12 November 2014. Fantastic golf view from a large window, clean and comfortable room and bed, safe,quiet and good sleep was a really rejuvenating experience. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 experience at hotel a nice relaxing place to stay staff are very nice and friendly surrounding area quiet i stay for a month, need more music variety in breakfast area. same music played at breakfast and dinner, need weighing scale in hotel room ( or access to one ) to check bag weight before departing to airport need bigger laundry bag, provide 2 different size? thank you to everyone on site, i will come back to stay as i really enjoy the staff and surrounding November 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice serene property, one of the better Holiday Inn properties The hotel can be proud of the location it is in, even though located aside a busy Shah Alam, and 30 minutes from bustling KL - the surrounding landscape (inlcuding the Golf course) was serene. Once I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, my check in was very enjoyable, efficient and all my requirements were taken care of. The check in staff also confirmed my hotel pick up for my return flight back to the Philippines. I recieved a very enjoyable and high standard of assistance and customer service from Hazen on the front desk, from my check in to any other questions or assistance that I required for my entire stay at the hotel, Hazen was always able to assist me, with out hesitation. I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn and will npot hesitate to recommend the hotel to all friends and collegues that visit KL November 8, 2014
