Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by the room was very humid the room was very very humid and my document in the room was about to break.. I think room condition was bad and I was unlucky... However, the staff, Mr. SIVA, served me very well and nice. Staff quality has been quite good as usual. September 14, 2014

Only one comment here for the shuttle bus service of hotel, it could be better if the shuttle service could be for the positive communications/arrangement to ensure the timely delivery or notice the customers in advance if any potential delay or no show. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good amenities and service, relaxed surroundings This is a large hotel that has pretty much everything hence it's deserving of five-star status. Food is a good mix of local and international. We particularly used The Glen cafe/bar with its open plan colonial feel that's quiet enough to hold business meetings. The public areas are well designed and maintained but the rooms are dated - the lighting is poor and there are no convenient electrical sockets next to the beds. The bathroom is basic and also not well lit. The beds are very firm and very comfortable. The gym is large and was once well equipped but now some weights are missing and some muscle machines are in poor condition. Cardio machines are better maintained. The other problem is that the hotel is isolated with no local restaurants, shops or entertainment in walking distance. My colleagues and I were informed that we would not receive the Priority points for our stay because the invoice is sent to our company rather than paid by ourselves. That's disappointing!
