Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ventilation and Golf Issues The ventilation exhaust in toilet is under standard, whereas the water pressure at shower is poor, I can't even flush after washing my hair, this is very uncomfortable and not meeting 4 star hotel requirement. The communication between front desk and golf club is not clear, we requested stay and package in a week's time and was advised the charge each play, but when we checked in, we were told that this is no longer valid since last February, this is not comfortable. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff Ive always enjoyed my stay at Glenmarie and more enjoyable lately. the staff is just friendly all around : busboys, servers, interns/trainees , maintenance, room service, etc. i'd like to give something back to the reception staff: they are so helpful and super friendly but i think they deserve more. i noticed that behind the desk, they are standing on solid concrete tiles. perhaps, a rubber pad or runner would help their knees absorb all the hard effects standing on hard surface whilst servicing guests and add more to their efficiency. i'm sure they can't wait to get inside the office and take a nice seat to rest those feet. it's just a thought. perhaps, we can give them back what would be a tremendous boost to their efficiency. and thank you again for the nice service. my hats off to the Customer / Guest relations group.
