When we entered room everything seemed fine. Then we started hearing noises out side. We had the room beside the entrance and everyone that went out to smoke talked in loud voices that were clearly heard in our room. And the later it got the more noise, and with every entrance and exit from the building the door slammed and the wall shook and we were awake again. I would recommend this hotel as staff and facilities are good, just do not get room 330 by the exit.

Hotel clean, quiet, breakfast food excellent, staff very outgoing and cordial.
No recognition for Priority Club members.
Thermostat light too bright and could not be dimmed.
Took between 5 - 10 minutes to get hot water.
Bathroom towel bar (over toilet) fell off the wall.

The best stay Ive had in a looong time. Far and above the attention one recieves at the Crowne. Mega, Nicki, and the whole front staff make this hotel a place to return.

The staff could be nicer to priority members. I asked whether they had a priority club room and did not get an answer. I was disappoint with this. On arrival the person that greeted me was so nice and knew her job and did call me by first name.

I can't believe how nice this hotel was. I felt like I was in SOHO living at a hipster loft. Beautiful decor from the lobby all the way inside the room. The woman at the front desk were amazing all 4 days. Hats off to the chef and staff for a great breakfast. Why stay at 5Star when you can get that and more at the Little Rock. Holiday Inn.

I travel all the time and this place does an outstanding job. Place is clean and comfortable. Staff is outstanding and makes sure all is taken care of very polite. I will be back if in the area again.

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was perfect! The restarant's dinner was kind of high but the breakfast wasnt and it was great! Staying again tonight! Best IHG hotel i've stayed at so far!

I stay in hotels a lot due to business. I like to choose ICH's whenever possible to collect the reward points. This Holiday Inn Express is the best of its kind. The landscaping, the interior the staff, were all top notch. Very clean, the room was spotless and quiet. I would stay there anytime even over some of the Crowne Plaza locations.
