Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointing Considering this is a new property, they should be ashamed! They have the bathroom placed across from the bed so anytime someone goes to the bathroom the light glares through the doors like it is daylight! In the bathroom the caulk around the tub is already cracking, the ceiling around the emergency sprinkler is cracking, you can hear everyone walking down the hall and you can hear the person in the room next to you snoring. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel was the staff was very friendly other than that I will NOT stay here again and I will NOT recommend it to anyone! One of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. Sad to say but Motel 6 would have been better than this brand new Holiday Inn. Now I'm not a hater, I'm an IHG Rewards Club Member with over 150,000 points so I stay at a lot of IHG properties including Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express so I feel very justified in my comments because I've never written a comment like this before about any other IHG property. Sorry but sometimes the truth hurts. Again this was one of the WORST hotel experiences of my life! February 10, 2014

Nice lobby, bright, new facelift,clean.Rooms were nice but the cable would go in and out, maybe storms IDK,.Maybe i m picky but I like to come into the front lobby or breakfast area and have a cup of coffee.COMPLEMENRTY not $3.50. But maybe thats just me Robert February 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly great experience Location is convenient, but road construction in the area makes it challenging to get to the property. Looks to be newer buildings. Nice, modern lobby and bar/breakfast area. Room furnishings were well maintained and modern. Large sectional sofa is not really functional for everyone. Large TV was placed in an awkward location for viewing from the bed. Spacious closet and storage in room, as well as microwave and mini-fridge. Holiday Inn, as a general rule, seems to skimp in the bathrooms. Sink area was nice, but toilet and tub/shower were disappointing. They just didn't match the fit and finish of the rest of the room. And the toilet had flushing issues. Room was quiet, temperature controls worked as expected, area felt secure. January 25, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by strange check in Check in experience not really pleasant and the first room that I was assigned was locked from the inside so I had to get the front desk lady to put down her cig and come back inside and get a new key for a different room. All in all not too bad. I didnt even end up staying the night there but it would have been convenient. January 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, great room! Great hotel! A little hard to get to due to a lot of local construction, but that is not the hotel's fault. My room as wonderful. Very spacious, great bathroom and I really appreciated the "Kitchenette". This is a newer property and you can tell. I hope they keep the standards as high as they are now. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, clean, and quiet I enjoy staying here. It's clean, quiet, and an overall friendly hotel. There are a few changes that have been made that makes me think about changing where I stay. 1. There is no longer a hot breakfast available (eggs, etc). Yes, you can order, but a business traveler usually doesn't have time for that. I'm gluten free, so it doesn't leave me with a lot choices not having a hot breakfast. 2. There is no longer breakfast tickets being offered to platinum members. I wish I would have been told that when I checked in. I could have avoided paying a lot for yogurt and fruit. I kind of expect to be rewarded for loyalty to a hotel group. This place definitely does not do that. 3. There is no longer hot coffee or beverages offered in the lobby. That is usually a simple thank you to travelers for staying. I would have loved nothing better after travelling all night to take a quick cup of coffee to my room when I checked in. It feels as if this place is trying to cut corners and cost, but I think it may cost them my staying here. January 7, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by clueless bartender The facilities were fine - the bar/food staff needs a lot of work. The bartender, if she could be called that, did not know the menu at all - Amstel Light was one of the stock beers on the menu - she did not know what Amstel Light was - she did not know how to work the POS system - she did not know how to serve food, had to get our own silverware - had to ask for ketchup after ordering hamburgers - it was either her first day as a bartender/waitress without any prior experience or she was filling in for a no-show.
