II stay at this property regularly since it has been remodeled. I find the property convenient to the major highways, and consistent. On my most recent stay, I had an outstanding experience in the restaurant. The restaurant manager stepped in to help in the kitchen with a few orders, and the results were outstanding. For 2 nights in a row she personally prepared my meal and the results were the best. As a rule, I find hotel restaurants to be just OK, but in this case, I will be staying at this hotel again, and definitely using the restaurant, particularly at this young woman is working the kitchen.

Stayed here for several days while on business. Excellent service and location. Room was pristine and comfortable, staff was overly accommodating to any needs I had.
Niagara room restaurant had excellent food and service. Only downside that kept me from renewing with them for similar trips was the lack of a mini fridge in the room.

I have stayed here several times over the years, it is very easy to access off of the NY Thruway.
The lobby has been nicely updated.
Bar/lounge is very small.
Rooms are in definite need of upgrading, patched ceiling in my room, older carpeting, VERY TINY BATHROOM in the room.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, pool was nice (although the 'lifeguard' couldn't have looked any more disinterested). Staff were very friendly, especially our restaurant server. We will definitely stay here every time we're in Syracuse.

Very nice and clean room. Bathroom a bit small but still efficient . We only stayed one night and had a great night sleep. Bedding was super. Will go back if in the area!!

I found the room terrible, smallest bathroom I have ever seen , no microwave or refrigerator, when that night I asked for a bottle of water I was told the vending machine was around the Conner.
I will be traveling 4 to 5 times a year for several days at a time over the next few months, I will not be staying there again.
I stay at Holidays inns all over and my company has a lot of other people that do the same.
I was very unempressed.

My husband is a Platinum level member and always uses Holiday Inn when he travels for work so we used points for a 2 night stay to look at colleges. Upon checking in we learned a Christian Fellowship Conference had booked the first 3 floors but we were assigned a room on the 5th floor. The lobby was extremely loud with young adults/teenagers everywhere. When we got to the 4th floor we found groups sitting in the hallway. As we walked down the hallway we actually had to step over legs as they were sitting across the hallway. Carrying our luggage we passed this group 4 times bringing items from the car. We encouraged them to move but no luck. The next day we informed the front desk. They told us they did not have enough meeting space for the group but they were not to be on the 5th floor. When we came back later in the afternoon 2 new groups were now camped out on the. 5th floor. They were running in the hallways at night. Went to use the heated pool but it was cold. This was a horrible experience. We ended up speaking to the front desk multiple times as did other visitors. The hotel was obviously overloaded and overwhelmed and a change could not be achieved.

Our stay was pleasant. The only downer was the extremely SMALL bathroom. It was hard to get around even with 1 person using it! Otherwise staff was helpful and overall stay was fine.
