The room was nicely remodeled, and the bed was comfortable. The check-in process was frustrating. I was checking in and the line was long. There was a dart/pool tournament that weekend at the hotel. The front desk clerk, Alex, made everyone who was in line wait until she was done with the customer on the phone. There were two clerks at computers at the desk, and two standing in the back. Maybe they need a computer for phone customers. I have always had the understanding that you help the customer in front of you first. Phone Calls can wait.

Good job, Needs more staff people in the bar.. Had to to wait 15 to 20 mins for a drink... in all.... good place to stay... very clean....

I give this hotel a 5 star rating but for what I paid I think they could have at least offered a continental breakfast. Maybe we paid more since it was Valentines Day? The pool was cold but my Granddaughter still enjoyed it.
