Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Hotel was very good. My girlfriend and I stayed overnight after attending a concert in NYC, and we had a good experience. The rooms were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. If returning to the area, I would definitely stay again. October 21, 2014

We stopped on our way to a family wedding in the area, and then about a week later on our way back home. Each time, the staff was very helpful, the airport shuttle was convenient, the restaurant was terrific for both the breakfasts and dinners we had there. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area . October 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely bad customer service! Needed to deal with management, who was rude-both Steven (GM) and Gerald (front end manager). Would NEVER stay here again. Room was released, mistruths about "a phone call was made to you". Was told by Gerald during check in the 7-8pm hour, if we did not take the room they had available "you can find another room elsewhere". During a phone conversation with the GM (Steven), I was told "if you do not go by what I say, I will end this phone call, is that what you want?". This is just a few of the examples of how they treat their customers at this location. In fact, Gerald blamed IHG customer service for booking a room "that never existed". Will NEVER stay at this location again and would NEVER recommend this location! October 15, 2014

Reception staff member surly when we arrived after a long flight late at night! The whole point of reception is to receive guests with a cheerful welcome! We had a pre paid reservation and I could not understand why my credit card was required as I didn't want rio be charged twice October 14, 2014
