Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Noisy, very little sleep! Noisy bathroom fan that wouldn't switch off kept us up most of the night. Noisy neighbours who arrived during the night woke us all up including my children. We had an early flight to catch so not ideal. We did complain to Reception who said they would speak to them so after that things quietened down. February 25, 2015

Do not bother to take a taxi, call the front desk and ask for the shuttle service to pick you up at the departure area (Gate 4). Beware of internet, the voucher provided is valid to be used on one device at a time. However it is valid one year and you may use where other hotspot are available. I used to swap devices frequently, so I had access to internet on Laptop, MacBook, iPod and Smartphone. Honest HI property, go for it should you have a flight layover. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A reasonable hotel with staff that tries hard but let down by poor management A long wait to be checked in and generally lacking staff - one person at reception, one person in the restaurant. I suspect inflexible labour laws and expensive labour have something to do with it but management should have known there would be a lot of people arriving, eating etc. Also i have seen hotels in Germany or Scandinavia running with same level of staff but much more efficient. In the morning there was no hot water - we were told that there was something wrong with the boilers that had been changed the previous week. the staff tried to be helpful and kept us informed of the developments (they even told us when we went back in to check out at 11.30 am that the problem had been fixed) but it is still not good enough - again decent management would have been alert to the possibility of new boilers not working properly from the outset and would have kept an eye on the matter during the first week of operations February 18, 2015
