A short stay while driving through the area, parking available, had stayed at the hotel previously; the room was clean and comfortable. The wifi signal was weak and not dependable. The hotel has a shuttle service to and from the Linate airport; must call for the airport pickup, inconvenient for those without a phone! Information was a bit difficult to obtain. Was able to get a good nearby restaurant recommendation.

I was surprised to be charged for breakfast. Every other hotel in Europe includes breakfast with the stay. I was not informed of a cost until after sitting down to eat after my selection from the buffet. We stayed 20 days in Italy and this was the only place that charged for breakfast.

Was an overall good experience that was ruined by a problem with the Airport Pickup. Even though it is not centrally located, it is connected by the public transportation out of the Airport so once the shuttle drops you off, you are connected by bus to all the other public transportations; trams, underground, other buses. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had great A/C which made the room very nice for sleeping. There was a continental breakfast, I did not know this when I came down in the morning and did not have time to partake on the first morning I was there. The staff wanted to give me a to-go bag to fill up, this was a very nice gesture and I was able to take some apples to eat later on from a park bench which was very enjoyable! I did get to have the breakfast the morning of my departure and it was very good! At check in, the hotel manager was very good at helping with getting around Milan and gave us a map and elaborated on details. When I had the problem with not getting picked up from the Airport at a later time, there was a different hotel manager who was rude and just rolled his eyes since I did not call for a pickup, though I was told they will be coming every half hour to the airport by the other hotel clerk and the driver of the shuttle, ruined my experience because I left early on my last day just to get the shuttle (last shuttle was for 11:30pm) and ended up paying for a taxi anyway, I would have stayed out a lot later if I was going to have to pay for the taxi anyway!

Just like going back in the late 80's, not only design like.
The hotel is managed with old style concepts, such as the less you spend for ingredients, the more you earn.
In bad need for an extreme makeover both for design and food and beverage management.

Near airport, but cost 30 euros for cab since shuttle started after we needed to leave.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, staff was helpful. You are not around anything, so it is quiet, but very limited eating choices. Has a hotel shuttle, but does not run until 6, so I had to get a taxi - short ride, but cost 27 Euros, so if you have an early flight, you need to take that into account. As an Airport hotel, shuttle should be available earlier.
