Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Awful Experience We had arrived on Friday afternoon for a tournament and was advised that our room wasn't ready. In all fairness, it was 2:30 PM so the hotel clerk told us to come back again at 3:00 PM. I went back at 3:10 and the same thing was told again - the room wasn't ready. We had no where to put our bags and equipment. Luckly we had friends there to take our stuff. The front desk never offered anything to us just gave us the same old story time and time again. I went down at 4:45 PM to the same thing - our room wasn't ready. They did nothing to accommodate us. They didn't even want to send the manager. The staff was not helpful at all. I got the manager which explained the same story over and over again. It felt like a recoding. She gave me no indication when my room would be ready. Another problem we had was the phone wasn't working to call the front desk so I had to physically go downstairs and ask for some blankets for the sofabed. No linens were provided in our room. We had booked our room back in October. Our tournament was in January. They were totally not prepared to receive us. Very disspointed. We have been there for 3 years now and the service keeps getting worse. January 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by booking reservations I asked for an early book in at 2:00 showed up and room wasn't ready till 2:35. Also asked for a late check out and couldn't get one as they said they are full but three other teams checked out at noon thought it wouldn't be a big deal to stay till at least two or three as we had a game at five as we made it to finals. It made for a long day as we had to kill five hours. January 21, 2015
