We didn't get breakfast as it was fairly pricey-more than average. The TV had a funny volume on the movie channel and wouldn't get louder even though it was turned up to the maximum. July 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very good value and great service The rooms were of very very good standard and value. The staff were efficient and friendly. Food rating could have been better if it wasn't for the breakfast. The dinner buffet had a fantastic variety of choices. Room service order was excellent value and very well presented (photos attached). The a la cart Breakfast was not fresh. The food appeared to have been from a bain marie, over cooked and dried out. They fixed this when I complained and was presented with very nice freshly cooked food. Breakfast from a la cart was not of good value and poor quality compared to dinner. Different Chefs maybe? One a la cart breakfast had small portions and lacked the offer i would expect. I ordered toast and preserves. I got 3 medium sliced under cooked toast which had to be toasted again and condiments that were already on the table. Should have been offered cream cheese and savoury toppings as well. $7 for 3 pieces of toast of the on a plate was a bit rough! My daughter ordered pastrys and that was great, generous and variety was plentiful. July 6, 2014
