Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel Linens Smell like Sweaty Laundry Hotel was nice but the front desk clerk was a bit rude. He said no rooms were available so we waited in the lobby. Then another couple came in about 20 minutes later to check in and he said 3 rooms were now available. Why did he not tell us that there were rooms available instead of letting us sit there. Linens on the bed smelled like sweaty laundry. I have a sensitive sense of smell and this was a bit bothersome. Otherwise the rooms were great. October 16, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never again The staff did a great job, explained sights around the historical sites. Room looked dirty, walls had places that had been repaired that were still un-sanded or painted. This place needs an over haul in the worst way. Good people/bad hotel. October 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Staff If you want a friendly, caring, attentive staff at an amazing hotel, come stay at this Holiday Inn. We've been here four times and each time leaves us wanting to come back. This is so well-run, we can't find anything of major concern. If we were to nitpick, it would be that the hot tub needs to be hotter, but it was still warm enough to enjoy! October 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Close to historic district We liked our location away from the very touristy historic district but close enough to walk to the red train or Merry-go-round! And the National Shrine is a gem! Don't miss the grounds and the museum. It's not just for Catholics! The pool was delightful! St. Augustine is fantastic and friendly. Don't miss the Villano Beach area just across the nearby bridge. There is a Publix market there. October 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by stayed two nights First night we found some cleanliness issues but were to exhausted to make a big deal. We spoke to the manager the next morning about it and he was very gracious and professional and made up for it. There was a problem, it was addressed, and that's that. That's the way its supposed to be. We continue to be loyal holiday inn customers. I recommend your establishment to anyone, anytime. Thank you October 8, 2014
