Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast could be better I do very much like the Holiday Inn in Valencia but must say I was very tired when I arrived and getting the room to a comfortable temperature was a pain. The next morning there was no welcome when I walked in to the restraunt , no explanation of what to do and worst of all was the awfull coffee out of a machine which was self service. I have stayed here before and like the location and the staff but for some reason I just felt let down this time. The coffee was bad before though and should be improved. February 11, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 mas frio en la habitacion que en la calle La verdad que no estuvimos mucho en el hotel,por que solo fue una noche y oasamos todo el dia viendo valencia...pero la habitación es grande,las camas bien,pero hacia mas frio que en el polo norte.cuando fuimos a dormir,ademas de echar las mantan intente poner la calefacción y eso hacia un ruido insoportable,(no exagero,parecia que se caian las rejillas),no pedi cambio de habitación por que mis hijas estaban ya dormidas.pero fue una noche horrible y me levante con dolor de peor noche en un hotel con respecto a la climatización.por eso no creo que repita por que me dejo muy mal recuerdo.en recepción me dijeron que si había consumido algo de la nevera me podían hacer un descuento....yo quería calor en la habitación,que hacia unas corrientes de aire en los pasillos,horrible.un saludo,ana December 8, 2013

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the hotel itself is very nice. Would recommend and go again myself in the future. November 30, 2013

It took an age to check in, the hotel gave one of our rooms away which we had pre-paid for, every drink we asked for at the bar they didn't have or after one glass ran out, the amenities in the rooms we not replenished and in our case didn't exist to start with - Valencia is a beautiful city and the Moto GP was excellent - I would just not stay at this hotel. Good location to visit center town (just 20 minutes walking) or the "Ciudad de las Artes" (15 minutes walking). Perfect recognition as IHG club member. Areas for improvement: -The windows of the rooms are blocked for safety reasons (¿?) and probably that prevents from being cleaned regularly..For very long time they have an aspect of dirt that detract from the quality of cleaning. -WiFi speed is quite slow and does not allow broad data transfer or videoconferencing. Towels could be renewed (pretty thin and old) Complimentary mineral water, sparkling water. Free wifi Welcome drink voucher What was good and what was bad? Good:. Smiling and friendly staff Rent a bike station close to the hotel Location (minutes from city centre and harbour/beach) Bad: Breakfast has been downgraded (no more fresh orange juice, only Nescafé, poor selection of pastries).
