Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 4 stars ? joke! Outside - typical 4 stars hotel in business district. Inside - 2 stars hotel with mess hall. We got free upgrade to executive room on 11th floor. Corridor was windy and cold like in winter (outside temperature was almost 20 degrees). Typical Holiday Inn's room. We had half board. Dinner was three course menu and it was OK but small. Breakfast.... no comment, never ever. Felt like incrowdy student's mess with cold dishes. Hot dish - scrambled eggs, tortilla and bacon. You should name it as continental breakfast. Didn't use spa because it was closing early. December 14, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Appalling breakfast and all-round bad service If you are looking for a clean bedroom and a decent breakfast, avoid this hotel. I have stayed here for more than 20 weeks in 2014 and I can only confirm that the standard of service and the standard of food has deteriorated to such a point that it would be preferable to have a tent and camp on the beach! The breakfast is almost totally unmentionable and has no standard. Every morning there is a different layout of food, and a different content. There is no consistency, with the exception that the "hot" food is ALWAYS COLD! The Salt and pepper pots, (If you are lucky enough to get a set on your table) are never full. If they are full, they are blocked up. The bread is de-frosted from frozen and thus always stale, We try to get around this by toasting the bread, but if you can find a toaster that is working, you will stand in a queue to access this, especially if there is a tour group in house! Tomatoes and other "Fresh" fruits etc, have obviously been prepared the day or night before as is clearly seen by the dried and shrivelled surface that is presented. The plates are not clean, the juice glasses are not clean. the implements laid out to enable you to service the food are totally inappropriate for the food in front of which they are placed. The service implements are very old, bent, and hardly functional. In summary, there has very obviously been no management input or observance of standards at all. The staff are very poorly trained and require instruction. There is a definite requirement for investment in material and equipment as well as personnel education. There is much more that can be said about the poor standard of furnishings in the hotel bedrooms and the quality of the staff, especially on reception. I reserve this tirade for my next review!
