Upon arrival, was not easy to find main entrance; finally found the lobby; had to wait a bit to get checked in. It was busy as a big meeting being held in the hotel. Finally got checked in and learned that I had to walk quite a ways to the room or get back in the car to drive closer. I elected to walk and drag my back through a maze of hallways (freshly painted = smelled toxic) and then to the room. Room key wouldn't work. On my way back to the lobby, I found a maid talking on a cell phone, who was able to let me in the room. I dared not leave the room again for fear of being locked out. Room was warm and musty smelling. Was glad to check out. Just didn't feel good to stay there.
Front desk attendant was very professional and friendly.

Poor staff attention to customer. Parking a problem. Would not stay at this hotel again.

I've stayed here on several occasions over the past few months. Each stay has not had any issues. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and the bar/restaurant food is pretty good.
