The hotel leaves a bit of a bad taste because it seems as though they are constantly trying to nickle and dime you for services that you would normally expect a hotel to provide for you free of charge due to the fact that you are a paying guest. For example, they had fees to print even 1 page at the business center and wanted to charge 50,000 rupiah to hand a couple already stamped postcards to the mailman. Also, the WiFi was horrible and stopped working a few times and the air conditioning didn't work very well. Every time I approached a hotel staff about every one of these issues, they couldn't do much more than say sorry. For one of the issues (charging to put postcards in the mail), they even said their manager said they had to charge that much.

I stayed here for 4 nights. In the morning I arrived at the hotel about 8 hours, and did not expect to get a room. I was very surprised and after 30 minutes I was ready room (upgrade to the suites).
The staff are very friendly and hospitable.
Very weak choice for breakfast it is only one cons.......
I was very disappointed that the hotel did not get any gift (voucher or points).
Good value for the price.
