Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service The terrific service from check in to check out was outstanding. You should bottle your customer service and sell it. I travel often and generally get good service but this experience was over the top. I stay at this hotel every year and service has always been good but this time oh my, give them all an ataboy. Holly was one whose name I remember. She was truly outstanding in every way. On Fri night we had one of our party that was way too loud and he should have been quited. I know he had been drinking and he can be a pain. The clerk just let it go. I dont know if that was the right move but there were no incidents as a result. 19 August 2014

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the free breakfast matched anything you could get at a regular restaurant. We will certainly be staying here the next time we are in the neighborhood. 13 August 2014

The only problem that we had were ants in the bathroom that took two days for the staff to remedy. the breakfast was good however the staff had to be flagged down to get the breakfast tables cleaned. they were responsive when asked. We would return to this location again. 10 August 2014
