Great breakfast. Room was clean. Bed a bit too soft to my taste. We were on level 5 and the Internet connection was not always working at night. Very frustrating. Used the third-party shuttle to get into the city for 3 consecutive days. Quite convenient but will try another option (public transit) next time because of the waiting time inside the bus (driver had us waiting half an hour for late people to arrive).

Great hotel with kindly and helpful front-desk. Breakfast is not good enough due to little vegetable and meat. The location is not convenient if you don't have a car due to being located near a high-way.

The room was smelly and I am gold priority club and they did not even acknowledege me as such. This is by far the most unpleasant Holiday inn I have stayed at.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, we were very happy with the condition of the room and even though it is located in a VERY industrial and high traffic area, we didn't hear any noise at night and felt very safe.

Close to the action without the cost of a similar Manhattan hotel. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. The hotel overall is clean and staff was helpful but not great.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Poor Front Desk Attitude
I used this hotel from 17th to 21st August 2017. Prior to the check in date, i always send them mail but they will not reply unless you call them.
My stay was good but the breakfast area is always crowded that you have to queue for seat.
However, i had problems with double debt on my card for my stay. My local bank in Nigeria requested for a mail from them. I called but a front desk staff was very rude and uncooperative. Even when i spoke with the manager and begged that i will send a mail for her to reply, she did not. When i called back, i was told she is out for the day. I have never seen a hotel in USA that takes over 20 hours to reply a mail.As at now, am almost stranded in the USA because of the attitude of this hotel management.

Nice comfortable hotel with great service. Great resturant 2 miles away called "The Coachman".
