Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great service, incredible quality/amenities given the price I spoke about this in a comment earlier in the survey, but the staff was really what made my stay so great. I barely knew anything about New York City, but the front desk staff, especially Sam, were really welcoming, and extremely helpful. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were very friendly as well. I was traveling with other friends, and we all felt the same way. We felt welcomed by the staff, and simply comfortable, and were shocked at the quality of service, given how affordable the rooms were. The quality of the rooms, and proximity to New York is amazing when taking the price into account. We had two great sleeps on comfortable beds, two complete and great breakfasts, and were in downtown NYC fifteen minutes after we left the hotel in New Jersey, thanks to the shuttle. I have never had such good amenities at such a good price, and would recommend this hotel to anybody. May 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff The hotel is in a very questionable area and was suggested we do not venture out in the neighborhood at night. Thanks for the tip. We took shuttle into Time Square and return to hotel at night. Omar was very nice. The rooms initially appeared very clean until we found numerous ants in my son's bedding on pull-out couch. Unfortunately we found out on the morning of departure. My son slept two nights on that couch. Poor kid. We were reimbursed one night stay. The breakfast was satisfying and save us some money feeding three large teenage boys. Good start of the day. The entire staff at the hotel were great and very attentive. Everything was fine until the final morning. I am sure they will resolve this issue. Do not use the bedding from within the closet. I think that this is where the problem originated but can't be sure. May 20, 2015

Everything from the scent of the hallways to the super clean rooms and outstanding breakfast was just wonderful. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by “Not the Best Choice” We arrived here after a long trip from Boston, and found the Hotel front desk to be un organised, and I was given no recognition for my IHG Platinum status. The room was acceptable, but was tired and lacked a good clean. There was a strong smell of smoke in the corridors, and we were on a no smoking floor. The room was noisy, we heard loud music coming from somewhere late into the evening possibly from the attached restaurant outside. Breakfast was chaos due to the amount of people wanting to eat at the same time, but the food was acceptable. We would not stay here again May 18, 2015
