Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, average room The hotel had an off-putting smell to it. Our room smelled fine, but the hallways, elevator, lobby, etc. were less than pleasant. Our room on the 5th floor had a surprising amount of highway noise. The location was not as close to restaurants as I would have hoped, but if I had paid closer attention to the map, I would have known that and picked an alternative hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with giving directions. They really made an effort to make our stay pleasant and I always appreciate that. January 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I generally love this hotel, but a bad experience has left us frustrated! So, we generally love this hotel. Whenever we visit family we stay at this hotel. Most of the time we are recognized as platinum elite members and get room upgrades. Parking is $5, but there are video cameras throughout lot, and they have EV chargers. Also, they have a huge breakfast area, and for the amount of people there I was impressed how fast food and beverages were stocked for guests. So, what happened to left us upset? Well our thermostat. was broken. The heater would only blow super hot air. When we got back to our room at 11PM the room was super hot. We tried opening the windows, but smog from the thruway came in. Thus, we left them close and turned the thermostat off and went directly to bed. We planned on staying up and watching TV, but it was very uncomfortable. Since we were already unpacked we didn't want to call the front desk to change rooms. So this is what really upsets me. We gave the front desk a heads up, and they didn't apologize, they gave us a blank stare, and said "have a good day". They didn't offer us follow up with management or anything. On top of this the day before we were thanked for being platinum elite, but not offered a gift bag, points, or room up grade. Now this is what really hurts. We emailed management our concerns on Saturday, which was 5 days ago. We have yet to hear a response. How bad of customer service is that? We are loyal IHG customers, and we're not even good enough to deserve a sorry or follow up email!!! January 14, 2015

The staff was great when I had an issue with my room (it had been smoked in) they quickly changed my room and met me at the new one with my key cards in hand. Walls are quite thin if you catch my drift. Clean rooms. Great staff. Smallest holiday inn I've ever stayed at. January 13, 2015
