Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not stay here! As a Platinum member for many years, I have plenty of experiences to evaluate a hotel. An incident occurred during the stay that I called the front desk about, and also described in an Email to the manager. I never even had the courtesy or decency of a reply. I continue to like and stay at HIE, but ignoring a guest, whether agreeing or not, is inexcusable. July 20, 2014
