Diane, the GM, always recognizes us by face and name when we walk in. She makes us feel like good friends when we are there. The hotel is clean, and breakfast is so good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL FOR ALL We recently blocked a number of rooms for guests attending our daughter's wedding weekend. From the minute we all arrived, the wonderful staff provided exceptional customer care to each of our guests...Robyn at the front desk offered to go to the grocery store for yogurt when our large group consumed the available supply at breakfast...and then offered her own container of yogurt to our daughter-in-law when we said a trip to the grocery was not necessary... GM Shelley was so gracious throughout the entire occasion meeting all the varied needs of our guests with warmth and hospitality...passing out welcome bags, patiently answering numerous questions, etc. SHELLEY AND HER ENTIRE STAFF ARE THE JEWEL IN YOUR CHAIN OF HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTELS!!! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by front desk staff inattentive I have been a IHG rewards member for quite some time and have never experienced such a cold, unwelcoming arrival at one of your hotels. We entered the lobby right at check-in time, waited several minutes at the check in desk while the staff focused only on their computer task they were doing. No one ever greeted us and when the lady (no name tag) finally finished what she was doing on the computer, she simply looked up without saying a word and proceeded to check us in. She probably said 2 or 3 words during the entire check-in process. Never a hello, welcome, thank you, etc The hotel was otherwise average but overpriced. February 19, 2015

We didn't expect much, but the hotel was wonderful. Great location to the square, but far enough you don't feel you are in the midst of all the tourists. February 19, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good Breakfast and thats it. I stayed for 3 nights and I had a bad experience. The suite was not big enough and the sofa was not a pullout sofa in which I was told it was. Room service did not clean my room 1 time while I was there. The day that they did come, they came late and we were getting our kids ready for bed. So I just gave them my trash and asked for more towels. Also the bath water was brown and the shower was loud. February 19, 2015
