Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Spend the night or a week. Looked up the Hotel on line, pictures don't do it justice. Staff were very helpful,as well as courteous. The Breakfast was great as well as a good verity of different things to fill you up for the start of the day. The place was clean and well appointed.had everything we needed to get ready for a good night sleep. May 9, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Totally disappointed in the reservation system I made reservation in January for rooms in May. I needed three rooms-- all being double queens and at least one handicap room. As a “Gold member”, we have the option to check in early-- if the room is available -- so went in to check in – the front desk clerk said the only reservations they had for me was one room not three and the hotel was full. I said let have that room and I will log in to my account get all the reservation information – so I did. I also went on line with IHG and I WILL NEVER CHAT WITH ANY OF THOSE FOLKS AGAIN—ONE “TIMED ME OUT” the other JUST LOGGED ME – I CAN HELP THE INTERNET SPEED AT THE HOTEL!! Came down stairs – the front desk clerk—stated he had found my reservation, however, because the hotel was full the only rooms they could give was a Handicap with a KING not two doubles and the only room had a single bed. Nevertheless, I had no choice because the hotel we full! Therefore, what happen to the reservation system? Furthermore, I have stayed at this same hotel a couple of times a year for the last 10 years and have spokes several times with property owner! I am very disappointed in the reservation system. Spoke with the manger the next morning – After I explained what had happened to the manger- the first thing she replied was – What can I do you make it up to you? – I replied nothing -- my sister and mother had to share a bed—not too terrible, my brother had to in the absolute smallest room (room 314) in the hotel (The manger replied, “Well it was just for one night”). The room was so small – my brother felt compelled to show my sister because he could not believe it! So, thanks for negatively impacting my daughter’s graduation from college. I am sure this experience is now are imbedded in the memories of my family and me forever! As I was walking away, I overheard the manager explaining to one of the front desk employee’s – “I thought the guy wanted a discount”. I wanted to turn around and say to the Manager: “No – But how about we are sorry” or “I am sorry it will not happen again”. Or “I am sorry we value our Gold Member’s and Loyal customer” and “I am sorry -- I see we charged you for a room with double queen, however, we gave you a single bed room -- let me at least reduce the charge to me the type of room we provided”!!! I will try to remember to stay with another hotel in the future! May 6, 2015
