Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst in customer care We planned 50th wedding anniversary party for friend,booked 7 rooms.our room had huge stains on carpet. After we checked in one couple went to their room and room furniture was turned upside down for renovation.He went to front desk ,rather then saying sorry for giving him wrong room ,they yelled at him that why he got that room? He said he did not picked that room,it was given to him. After changing the room he went to bathroom and found himself locked in bathroom.,maintenance guy had to change locks which took one hr. Next morning when we woke up no one in whole hotel had hot water .We complain and front desk person said I am not the manager so don't say anything to me ,call tomorrow and talk to manager. We all had to do without shower ! We were hanging out in breakfast area because there is no lobby area to hangout front desk person did not like that. September 18, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy guest There was a party in the next room and I didn't get any sleep. The staff came up and spoke with people involved . They didn't quiet down for another 45 minutes. Their alarm clock was beeping at 2:00am, and security went into the room and shut it off.They left the room and returned approx. 4 am and continued to be loud. I tried to shower at 7:00am and there was no hot water. I reported this to the front desk and they said "the people earlier used all the hot water. September 17, 2014

Was traveling with my mother and aunt (both elderly) and we were all quite comfortable in our accommodations and in the breakfast room. Security was speaking with a loud group on our floor as we arrived which didn't give us a warm and fuzzy feeling. However, the party quieted down immediately and we didn't hear another peep out of them all night. All in all it was a satisfactory experience. September 17, 2014

The rooms have been updated very nicely since my last stay here. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices. Will stay here again. September 15, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Good Except..... Moved to this location after a competing hotel had internet issues. Internet worked well at this location at check-in but failed during the night and never did come back up. Hotel staff tried but problem was not with the hotel's equipment, outside service provider issues. Good size rooms, very good breakfast and conveniently located just a short distance to Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway. Convenient even if you're going into Atlantic City itself. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by - mostly to the west of the hotel on Black Horse Pike. Compared to other hotels located and from my experience, better overall and if priced right a much better value. September 12, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A very dated property in need of renovation. The property isn't what I would call comfortable. The mattress in my room had the springs poking out of the bed and the pillows were beyond used up. In addition I awoke to a very loud conversation by the housekeeping staff that was being held in the elevator lobby that could clearly heard in my room down the hall. The internet was also very unreliable, cutting in an out on a continual basis. September 9, 2014
