Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent and courteous staff Front desk welcome was great, and my request to change rooms because of internet problems was granted swiftly, though the wifi reception didn't improve much (not the fault of the staff, mind you). The overall experience was good, but I could have used a refrigerator in my room (a microwave would have been nice too, but let's not get greedy). The Holiday Inn sign by the road was not illuminated at night, making it tough for out-of-towners like myself to easily locate the hotel from down the street after dark. October 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend visit The location was great, the woman who greeted us upon arrival was super friendly. Driving up to the hotel didn't look safe or inviting but it was. The hallway smelled a little funny but the room didn't and was comfy, they could use newer mattresses though. The breakfast was great however the host greeted everyone but me. The only true con I would say is that I stayed multiple days and the bathroom supplies did not get restocked no soap, shampoo, lotion. That would have been nice. Otherwise the overall visit was great. I would stay there again. October 23, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by unhappy guest Made reservations through reservation line. I was aware that the only room available was a single bed. I advised that i needed a second bed. Reservations promised a roll away. Apon check in i asked about roll away i was told if i requested one it would already be in the room. When i got to my room there was no roll away. I called down to front desk and questioned where the roll away was i was advised that they did not have any left. I requested that my reservation be cancellef and i was advised that i would be charged for the room regardless. Needless to say one of the persons in my party had to sleep on the floor. Dont think i will ever stay at this holiday inn express again October 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Two Night Visit My wife and I always find staying at Holiday Inn Express a good place and inexpensive whether it is this one or the one on White Horse Pike. The staff are always courteous and quick to answer our questions. The rooms are quiet and we would never know that someone else is on our floor or next door to us. Checking in and out is quick and efficient. October 9, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Is Worth The Stay The HI Express is a great place to stay when you do not want to pay ridiculous resort prices right in A/C for a Saturday night stay, which is why they are all closing. This time we did get a very uncomfortable room, nothing worked except for the lights, water and air conditioning. But we have stayed here in the past and it was always lovely. They are trying hard to keep the hotel up to date with many renovations and the staff is always wonderful. October 9, 2014
